Capital punishment for crimes against humanity – gender policy
To President of Ukraine and Deputies of the Parliament of Ukraine
Mr President, dear Deputies,
in August or September this year You are going to pass the death sentence upon Yourselves and upon
all Ukraine. It concerns laws on family, which, however, have a hidden intention – to enforce same-sex
marriages and the right of homosexuals to adoption of children.
BEHIND PURPOSEFULLY OBSCURE DEFINITIONS IS A HIDDEN PLAN TO PROMOTE SO-CALLED
GENDER-GAY EQUALITY. Gender equality is being presented in Ukraine as equality of human rights and
protection of children, youth and family. And this is a lie!
Gender ideology maintains that all human beings are born bisexual and they may freely choose whether
they are male or female. This also is a thumping lie. The aim is to eliminate the natural institution of family in
the society and to implement and enforce homosexual perversion. The means to achieve this end are the socalled amendments to the laws of Ukraine to be adopted as early as September, that means, within a few days.
On the basis of gender ideology children can no longer call their parents father and mother, a woman must not
be presented as a mother with a child, some women will be registered in passports as men and vice versa...
Gender policy and juvenile justice will deform children of preschool and school age into homosexuals and
criminals. This is the policy of Satan: hell on earth and hell after death. Jesus Christ, by contrast, wants a
paradise on earth and a paradise after death. Whom will we obey? Christ or Satan? In return for obedience,
Jesus will give us heaven and the devil will give us hell! Both are eternal!
The gender policy seeks to legalize an unsound thinking in place of a sound one. By means of amended
legislation this will then fully penetrate into education, culture, politics and thus affect every individual and
every family.
Gender ideologists and propagators in Ukraine are Halyna Zhukovska from the Ministry for Family and
Youth, Kataryna Levchenko and Ludmila Kovalchuk, president and vice-president of the centre La Strada in
Ukraine. In the view of these women, a state which supports the traditional family (the natural and stable
relationship between man, woman and children) is a totalitarian system. The ideology of this caste is focused
on the destruction of human nature, human mind, conscience and all universal moral values. By abuse of
democracy they seek to establish a totalitarian antihuman system which will destroy the very essence of man,
reduce him to an animal and make him a medium of demonic powers.
For money and for career’s sake they are working towards destruction of children, family and the whole
Ukrainian society.
Nazism and its crimes against humanity were condemned at Nuremberg. If the ideologist Nietzsche had
been condemned and if those who established his ideology in the German legislation had been punished with
death, the world could have been saved from a tragedy. The death penalty imposed on the war criminals at
Nuremberg was accepted by the whole world as just, humane and disciplinary. Similarly, the death penalty
on the modern criminals for crimes against humanity is humane, just, disciplinary and exemplary. Provided
that the government let themselves be deceived by these professional liars (gender and juvenile justice
ideologists), they will witness the genocide of all Ukraine. We propose that the prime movers of the covert
annihilation of the nation should be punished with death as persons guilty of treason!
Unless this is done, these demon-inspired criminals will in a short time occupy the key positions in
Ukraine. Moreover, they will soon legalize euthanasia to eliminate undesirable residents (deputies and other
unwanted persons).
EU ideologists, who are the chief propagators of humanity crimes, must likewise be tried and punished!
President V. Klaus defined the promotion of this felonious ideology of the so-called Lisbon Treaty as a great
deceit on the part of the German Chancellor A. Merkel and her lawyers.
What kind of venal and psychological pressure has been brought to bear upon Ukraine these days?
- The EU “donated” 14 million EUR in support of these “laws”.
- Soon afterwards, another donation was made “in support of economics” – 630 million EUR.
- On 4th June 2010, an international conference on gender equality was held in Yalta.
- On 11th June 2010, EU experts arrived in Ukraine with the aim of a quick introduction of “gender-gay
family laws”.
- Besides, Ukraine has been visited by President of the EU, the wife of the former U.S. President B.
Clinton accompanied by Ms Rice, M. Gorbachev and others.
Dear Deputies, if You sell the souls of the Ukrainians, even billions of euros will not compensate for
this damage!

If family problems are going to be dealt with really comprehensively and one will respect the natural
spiritual, moral and universal values, God will give His blessing and finally even the question of bribery and
economics will be settled. The blessing of the nation is rooted in a healthy family and not in a union of two
homosexuals. Do not allow the continually repeated lie to be forced upon You about the so-called need to
overcome the nonfunctional traditional family stereotypes!
Mr President, dear Deputies, in the name of God and in the name of the Ukrainian nation we beseech You
to prevent gender-gay legislation and to punish the main culprits who prepare the genocide of Ukraine.

Statistics on homosexuality
Homosexuals:
a) spread infections
b) live a perverted way of life
c) commit multiple crime
Ad a) Homosexuals spread infections
 On 25th April 2001, CDC (Center for Disease Control) made out a report which stated: “In many places of
this country we can observe a considerable increase of sexually transmitted diseases among men who
have sex with men.” (31,32)
 Homosexuals are responsible for the first sexually transmitted typhoid fever in the history of the United
States. This disease is caused by the swallowing of human faeces. (32)
 More than 10% of homosexuals on the territories of the prominent U.S. towns are HIV positive. Homosexuals
constitute more than 50% of the reported cases of AIDS in the United States to date. (30, 31)
 The sperm easily penetrates through one-cell-thick anal wall and is absorbed directly into the blood
circulation. This causes severe immunological damage of T and B cells of the immune system. (14)
 50% of the cases of male syphilis are transmitted by homosexuals as an infection of the rectum which in
anal intercourse can be transmitted to another homosexual through ureter. (7)
 Many homosexuals do not pay heed to warnings against their way of life: “The knowledge of medical
theorems was quite high but this knowledge bore no relation to sexual behaviour.” (16)
 In the span of several years homosexuals stormed annual conferences of the American Psychiatric
Association (APA), and at the beginning of the 1970s they finally achieved their goal and homosexuality
was struck off the list of mental diseases. “Partisan theatrical manners and loud face-to-face quarrels were
characteristic of their presence.” (2) Since then homosexuality has been struck off the APA list of mental
diseases, the same as paedophilia (except for cases when an adult feels “subjective depression”). (27)
 In the U.S. homosexuals make up 3-4% of all cases of gonorrhoea, 60% of all cases of syphilis and 17%
of all hospitalizations (except for venereal diseases). (5) They themselves, however, constitute only 1-2%
of the population.
 Homosexuals have an unhealthy lifestyle and throughout history they have been carriers of syphilis,
gonorrhoea, hepatitis B, “homosexual intestinal syndrome” (affects the intestinal tract), tuberculosis and
salivary gland disease. (27)
 The care for every victim of AIDS costs about 300.000 USD, so thanks to the promiscuous lifestyle of
homosexuals the citizens suffer rapid medical insurance tax increases. (10)

 Homosexuals were held responsible for the spread of AIDS in the United States, whereafter they formed
pressure groups, such as Act Up or Ground Zero, in order to complain about it. Even today homosexuals
make up over 50% of all cases of AIDS in the U.S., which is quite a large number, considering that they
constitute only 1-2% of the population.
 Homosexuals account for a high proportion of hepatitis: 70-80% in San Francisco, 29% in Denver, 66%
in New York, 56% in Toronto, 42% in Montreal and 26% in Melbourne. (8)
 Many phone calls in big-city hospitals ask for the removal of objects from the anus of homosexuals.
Homosexuals sometimes hurt themselves so much that they need the so-called colostomy bag to the end
of their lives. (8)
 41% of homosexuals admitted that they had sex with people completely unknown to them in the public
toilets, 60% had sex with other people at health resorts and 64% of these chance encounters involved the
use of illegal drugs. (8)
 39-59% of homosexuals are infected with intestinal parasites, such as worms, liver flukes or amoebas,
which are common in the polluted Third World countries. (8)
 The average age of homosexuals is 42 years (only 9% reach the age of about 65). This age drops down to
39 years in case of the infection with the AIDS virus. The average age of a married heterosexual man is
75 years. (8)
 The average age of lesbians is 45 years (only 24% reach the age of 65). The average age of a married
heterosexual woman is 79 years. (8)
Ad b) Homosexuals live a perverted way of life
The Holy Scripture warns: “Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is shameful even to
speak of the things that they do in secret. But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible.” (Eph 5:11-13) – It is visible
perversion.
 About 67-80% of homosexuals lick or put their tongue in the rectum of their sexual partners (so-called
rimming, anilingus, fecal sex etc.) and swallow a biologically significant quantity of faeces (7) which is
the main cause of hepatitis and parasitic infections among homosexuals (8). In the bestseller The Joy of
Gay Sex this practice is called “delicious sex”.
 17% of homosexuals eat or smear themselves with the faeces of their partners. (4)
 12% of homosexuals give or receive an enema as a part of sexual pleasure and drink dirty clyster water.

 A certain study reports that 90% of homosexuals practise anal sex and 66% practise it regularly. (6)
 33% of homosexuals admit “fisting” (inserting one’s hand into the partner’s rectum). (7)
 Since the 1940s the practice of urinating on one another’s body (“golden showers”) and torturing one
another has doubled among homosexuals and “fisting” has increased astronomically. (7)
 29% of homosexuals practise urine sex (“golden showers”). (8)
 Homosexual activities include rimming (anilingus), golden showers, fisting and the use of “toys”. (21)
 Homosexuals orally satisfy almost 100% of their sexual contacts and in half of the cases they swallow the
sperm. The sperm contains practically all microorganisms borne and distributed by the blood, so to
swallow it is almost the same as to swallow human blood. (6)
 A certain research study mentions that an average homosexual WITHIN ONE YEAR orally satisfies 20106 men, swallows 50 portions of sperms, has 72 penetrations of the penis into the rectum and swallows
the faeces of 23 different men. (6)
 43% of homosexuals under survey admitted that during their life they had 500 or more sexual partners,
28% admitted to have 1000 or more and 79% out of this group said that half of those partners had been
completely strange people and that 70% of those sexual contacts had been for one night (or, as admitted
by a gay in the film “The Castro”, for one minute). (3)
 25-33% of homosexuals and lesbians are alcoholics. (11)
 Many sexual intercourses are performed by homosexuals when they are drunk, drugged or in the places
of sexual orgies. (7)
 73% of psychiatrists claim that homosexuals are distressed people and 70% out of the same psychiatrists
claim that these states of depression are NOT caused by social stigmatization (but by a perverted way of
life). (13)
Unless they are converted, the Holy Scripture says about this perversion: “They will not inherit the kingdom of God” (1Cor
6:10-11) and “their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulphur” (Rev 21:8).

Ad c) Homosexuals commit multiple crime
 John Martaugh, the chief police justice of the Criminal Court of New York City, said: “In big cities
homosexuals partake in half of all murders.” (10)
 Captain William Riddle of the Los Angeles police said that “30.000 sexually abused children in Los
Angeles are victims of homosexuals.” (10)
 50% of suicides are committed by homosexuals. (10)
 Dr Daniel Capron, psychiatric clinician, says: “Homosexuality is unhealthy in its essence...” (10) As for
other psychiatrists who maintain that homosexuality is bad, see National Association for Research and Therapy of
Homosexuality.
 37% of homosexuals practise sadomasochism, which results in numbers of deaths. A series of lectures in
San Francisco instructed homosexuals in how to practise masochism so as not to kill their partners. (8)
 The odds of a homosexual being murdered (usually by another homosexual), when compared to an
ordinary man, are 100 to 1; the odds of a homosexual committing suicide are 26 to 1. (8)
 21% of lesbians die as a result of murder, self-murder or a car accident, which is 534 times more than in
the cases of ordinary women. (8)
 50% of the hot line phone calls announce “homosexual scuffles”, including domestic violence (i.e.
homosexuals tussle with homosexuals). (18)
 About 50% of women in the death cells in USA are lesbians. (12)
Homosexuals take aim at children
 “Homosexuals in the United Kingdom demand that children should learn about anal sex as early as the
age of four.”
 33% of homosexuals ADMIT sexual intercourse of adults with minors. (7)
 There is a widely known group of homosexuals called North American Man and Boy Love Association (NAMBLA),
which has thousands of members. This homosexual group abuses children under the slogan “SEX
UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHT, BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE”. The group can be seen marching at most of
the gay prides throughout the United States.”
 More than 33% of all cases of child abuse reported in the U.S. are committed by homosexuals, which
means, in regard of the fact that homosexuals constitute 2% of the population, that 1 out of 20
homosexuals is a child abuser, whereas among heterosexuals it is 1 out of 490. (19)
 73% of all homosexuals have sex with boys under 19. (9)
 Many homosexuals have admitted that they are paedophiles. (22)
 Because homosexuals are incapable of natural reproduction, they resort to recruitment of children. One
can often hear homosexuals chanting at their gay prides: “TEN PER CENT ARE FEW! RECRUIT,
RECRUIT, RECRUIT!” A group known as “Lesbian Avengers” boasts of recruiting young girls. All of
their literature has printed on it: “WE RECRUIT!” Some homosexuals do not lay their cards on the table
like these but rather seek to infiltrate into the society and seize the positions enabling access to the
mouldable children’s minds (e.g. the clergy in USA, teachers, scout leaders etc.). (8) See web pages DC

THE PROGRAMME AND NUMBER OF HOMOSEXUALS
 Part of the programme of homosexuals is to force the public into confirming their perverted way of life.

 Part of the programme of homosexuals is to turn people away from Christianity: “The belief that sexual
activity between a man and a woman is the only natural form ought to be a sufficient proof for every
homosexual to condemn Christianity.” (1) Instead of changing their lives by repentance they break both the natural
and the divine law to their own detriment and to the detriment of the whole society.
 Recent research has shown that the real percentage of homosexuals ranges from 1 to 2%. (15, 23, 26, 28)
HOMOSEXUALS ARE NOT DISCRIMINATED IN EMPLOYMENT
 The average annual income of a homosexual is 55.430 USD. The average wage of the whole population is
31.144 USD. The average wage of Black Americans is 12.166 USD. (24)
 59.6% of homosexuals are university graduates. (24)
 49% of homosexuals occupy professional or managerial positions. (24)
SEXUAL ORIENTATION
The term “sexual orientation” has been invented by homosexuals. But it also includes the following:

 Incest – sexual intercourse between blood relations
 Paedophilia – concerns people who are sexually attracted to children before puberty
 Sexual sadism – concerns people who gain sexual pleasure from the infliction of mental and physical
suffering on their victim (e.g. boxing one’s ears, whipping, violent beating, burning, electric shocks, rape,
cutting, stabbing, throttling, torture, mutilation or killing)
 Necrophilia – sexual attraction for dead bodies
 Zoophilia – sexual attraction to animals
 Coprophilia – an abnormal sexual interest in faeces
From the point of view of the Bible and true Christianity these all are mortal sins. /Note: In the years 2008-2010
God’s curse – anathema acc. Gal 1:8-9 – fell upon 4872 Church hierarchs (cardinals and bishops) by reason of apostasy from the
faith./ Ex-Card. Husar says about homosexuals: “Of course, they can perform sexual activity of whatever kind
but their love will always remain unfruitful.” (see Discussions with His Beatitude L. Husar: On Postconfessional
Christianity, ISBN 966-8197-10-0, pg.67/Ukr. version) Ex-Card. Schönborn approves of and proposes religious
marriages of homosexuals. Even the very Catechism speaks about sensitivity and discrimination (CCC 2358)
whereby it gives instructions how to open up to homosexual demons. When the Holy Scripture speaks about
homosexuality, it is practically always connected with punishment (Gen 19:24-25; Rom 1:21-28; Jude 7). The
gender-gay policy is preparing the genocide of Ukraine.

Euthanasia and capital punishment
Throughout the history of mankind each nation has always had its penal law, including even the death penalty
for grave crimes. No society has ever been without felons, and the death penalty not only was a just punishment for
their crimes but also served as a disciplinary instrument and a warning for many who had taken to criminality.
Even Christianity throughout the two millennia of its existence has never sought abolition of just capital
punishment in the case of severe offenders. St. Pius V fully respected state laws concerning capital punishment for
homosexuals. He himself said that if a cleric committed homosexuality, he had to be deprived of all ecclesiastical
dignities and delivered to the state court for a just punishment, i.e. the punishment of death. This Pope added: “This
is the only way how to eradicate this abomination.” ‘The gravest crime is to leave a crime without punishment.” (St.
Catherine of Siena)
The greatest value whatsoever is eternal life. To attain it is the most important thing for every man. Christianity
has always shown love and mercy even towards the most hardened criminal so as to help him through repentance to
save his soul and enter the eternal life.
In the Middle Ages, every bigger town had the right to inflict death penalty on the criminals within its territory.
The death penalty was public satisfaction of justice for the whole town. Moreover, it was a strong exemplary and
disciplinary motive. The USA has not abolished capital punishment. Ukraine abolished it only after 1990.

What hypocrisy! A concrete criminal who has cut the throats of 57 women must not be publicly executed as an
example to others. But on the other hand there are laws which now allow the killing of unborn children. Some EU
states (the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany) have already legalized so-called euthanasia with the purpose of
killing “unproductive” as well as “undesirable” residents. Recent research in Belgium has shown that 120 out of
248 nurses under survey confessed that they had “helped” patients to end their lives without their knowledge, wish
or consent. Euthanasia has an even more tragic impact on the patients who let themselves be psychologically
manipulated AND GIVE THEIR CONSENT TO THEIR OWN SUICIDE. SUCH SOULS CAN ONLY EXPECT
ETERNAL CONDEMNATION.
In earlier times there were Christian hospitals where religious sisters cared for seriously ill people and, in
contrast to “mercy killers”, encouraged them to offer their sufferings as penance for their past sins and for the
salvation of their nearest relations. Through God’s Word human suffering receives a deep meaning. The primary
concern of every Christian family always was that their relatives be prepared for death and for passing over to
eternal life. Therefore before death they called a priest so that he could prepare their dearest ones in the sacrament of
penance. If someone died unrepentant or unprepared for death, the whole family bore it as painful tragedy. If
someone committed suicide, it was not even allowed to bury such person in the cemetery. The burial place for selfmurderers was behind the walls of the cemetery. This likewise served as a deterrent and a lesson to those who were
attacked in thoughts or feelings by the suicidal spirit. A warning example in the Gospel is the traitor of Christ, the
apostle Judas, who driven by despair committed suicide and thus gave his soul to destruction. God’s Word calls him
“the son of destruction” (Jn 17:12). The same holds true for those who voluntarily receive euthanasia. At the present
time there is a great danger that euthanasia, either with or without consent, will become a mass death penalty for the
innocent and defenceless. Mass murders will be presented as beneficial service to mankind. And this is really
demonic. Capital punishment for criminals has been hypocritically abolished and instead a mass killing of the
innocent has been introduced. Euthanasia will also involve such cases when the son or daughter will ask the
physician to kill their father or mother, and these patricides and matricides will be protected by law. Of course,
euthanasia will be used against residents undesirable politically and otherwise. NO ONE WILL THEN BE SAVED
FROM THIS SPIRIT OF DEATH. Natural death will practically not exist in future but it will be replaced by
legitimate murders or forced self-murders. This is the picture of satanic humanism and of the spirit of the EU.
In the upbringing of children chastening and love go hand in hand
True life principles have been well-tested over generations. These principles are attacked by people who do not
want to submit to justice but promote evil and thus tyrannize others. The elementary rule of personal relationships is:
Whatever you do not want men to do to you, do not do to them (cf. Mt 7:12). The sin and evil which is in us leads to
blindness and egoism. You do evil yourself but you demand a right that others be not allowed to return this same
evil to you. Children in kindergartens, primary schools, in the streets and on the internet are exposed to a strong
influence of lies and evil. It is a crime to prevent the parents from protecting their children and from giving them a
healthy upbringing! Evil goes together with lies. An egoist refuses to accept an objective view based on reality and
truth. God’s Word says about upbringing: “Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful;
nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.” (Hebr
12:6-11) Juvenile justice prevents parents from bringing up their children. Its aim is to form youth into a
generation of criminals. Promotion of juvenile justice, gender equality and homosexual and paedophilic perversion
through EU legislation is the greatest crime against humanity. The EU ideologists destroy human nature,
conscience and the human mind. Legalization of perversion results in mass demoniacal possession of the defenceless
victims. These criminals inspired by the spirit of lie and death (Jn 8:44) must be tried and condemned by the public
before it is too late. They are preparing the genocide of mankind, far worse than the holocaust and gas chambers of
the Third Reich or the guillotines which under the slogan of “liberty, (gender) equality and fraternity” were cutting
off ten heads at once. This satanic revolt against God and His laws brings hell both on earth and after death. The
chief criminals against humanity are the EU commissioners (27 mass murderers). This politico-ideological system
must be unmasked and condemned while there is still time and total dictatorship has not yet been established. The
responsibility falls on everyone who remains indifferent. Capital punishment should be imposed on these criminals
against humanity and set as a precedent. This would stop the madness heading for a mass suicide of mankind. The
same capital punishment should be imposed on those who are preparing the so-called amendments to the laws of
