Xercise4Less Transformation Challenge
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1.
ELIGIBILITY: The Xercise4Less Transformation Challenge Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to
legal residents of the UK, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Contestant”) and who
are members of Xercise4Less.Employees of Xercise4Less, its associated companies, and its associated
agencies are eligible for entry. Employees of Bodybuilding.com, LLC (“Bodybuilding.com”), and Liberty Media
Corporation, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and Internet agencies contracted by
Xercise4Less or Bodybuilding.com, and their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings,
children, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household of each are eligible to enter. In
order to be eligible, Contestant must follow these Official Rules and the terms and conditions of the 2015
Bodybuilding.com $200,000 Transformation Challenge Presented by Dymatize Nutrition available at the following
link: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/transformation-challenge-terms.html. No purchase necessary. Void where
prohibited by law.

SPONSORS: The Promotion is sponsored by Xercise4Less located at Unit 1 Kirkstall Road Industrial
Estate, Kirkstall Road, Burley, Leeds, LS4 2AZ and Bodybuilding.com, LLC located at 5777 N. Meeker Ave.,
Boise, Idaho 83713 U.S.A. Entries may not be sent to these addresses.
Contestants.
TO ENTER: In order to enter the Promotion, Contestants must sign up for the 2015
Bodybuilding.com $200,000 Transformation Challenge Presented by Dymatize Nutrition (“Bodybuilding.com
Transformation Challenge”) via the link: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/2015-transformation-challengeregistration.html?mcid=xercise4less and then complete the following steps in FULL.
i) Click the following link on the Xercise4Less homepage: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/2015transformation-challenge-registration.html?mcid=xercise4less which will direct Contestant to the
Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge entry page.
ii) Complete the registration steps for the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge, including
creation of a BodySpace account.
iii) Once Contestant has registered for the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge, Contestant
must send a screen shot of the “Congratulations You Have Registered!” screen to
xercise4less@bodybuilding.com via the email address used to register Contestant’s BodySpace
account.. The e-mail must include Contestant’s name, the xercise4less gym Contestant uses, and
Contestant’s BodySpace username. Failure to complete this portion of the process will result in
ineligibility to win the Xercise4Less prize fund detailed in the Prizes section.
iv) After registration for the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge and the Xercise4Less
Transformation Challenge, Contestant must follow the procedure detailed on bodybuilding.com which
includes the upload of Contestant’s before photos to Contestant’s BodySpace account between 30th
December 2014 and 06.59am GMT 12th January 2015 and the upload of Contestant’s after photos by
06.59 GMT 6th April 2015. The photo submissions must follow the requirements set forth in the
Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge Terms and Conditions available here:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/transformation-challenge-terms.html.
Failure to follow the above process will result in ineligibility.. All materials submitted become the property of
Sponsor and will not be returned. Contestant must complete the entry form themselves. Only one entry per
Contestant will be accepted; all preceding entries will be disregarded. False, deceptive, or incomplete entries
provided by Contestant shall render the entry ineligible.
Use of any illegal or banned substances to achieve results is prohibited. Contestants may be required to test
and/or sign an affidavit verifying that their transformation was achieve without the use of illegal substances.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTESTANS: CONTESTANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMIING THE
CORRESPONDING TIME ZONE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE JURISDICTION. Late entries will not be accepted.
Any entry made in any other format or which is incomplete, illegible, defaced, inaccessible, corrupted, or
otherwise incapable of being examined by Sponsor will be rejected.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and disqualify any entry that is deemed offensive or
obscene or that is not otherwise in accordance with these Official Rules, at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
4.
XERCISE4LESS WINNER SELECTION: Two Contestants, one (1) male and one (1) female will be
selected as the Xercise4less Prize Winners, and one (1) male and one (1) female will be selected as the Runners
Up.. Contestants will be selected as the Winners and Runners Up, by judges applying the following criteria, in
their sole discretion: (a) physical improvement made to Contestant's body as evidenced by the "before" and
"after" Images as submitted and body fat percent and weight stats if submitted; (b) Contestant's ability to achieve
their transformation goals; and (c) Contestant's use of BodySpace. All Winners and Runners Up will be notified
by e-mail or telephone on or about May 1st, 2015. The judges will consist of Sponsor's employees qualified to
apply the judging criteria, in Sponsor's sole discretion. YouTube videos will not be used as part of the judging
criteria. All decisions of Sponsor are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.
PRIZES: Subject to Contestant's full compliance with these Official Rules, selected Winners will
receive:
One (1) male and one (1) female Contestant will receive the Xercise4less Grand prize ("Xercise4less Grand
Prize Winners") of:

£1,000 (GBP) (“Grand Prize”)
One (1) male and one (1) female Contestant will receive the Xercise4less Runner Up prize (Xercise4less Runner
Up Prize”) of

£1000 Bodybuilding.com In-Store Credit to apply towards purchase of supplements on
www.bodybuilding.com (“Runner Up Prize”)
The Prizes are separate from the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Contest prize and winning either the Grand
Prize or the Runner Up Prize will not, in any way, affect the results of the Bodybuilding.com Transformation
Challenge. The Prizes do not include taxes, insurance, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any
other items not specifically described in the Official Rules and the foregoing are the Winners’ sole responsibility.
Winners are responsible for determining applicability and payment of all taxes. Prizes are not transferable and
there is no cash alternative.
6.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: All Winners agree to sign any documentation requested by Sponsor,
including, without limitation, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form when selected
and upon presentation of said form(s) by Sponsor. If any document is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if
Sponsor does not receive a response from any Winner within fourteen (14) business days of attempted
notification, such Winner may be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Should the
Winner be unable or unwilling to fulfill the obligations outlined in the Rules, a substitute winner will be named.
7.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personal information that Contestants and Winners submit in
connection with the Contest will be collected and used by Sponsor and their authorized agents to administer the
Contest and award the prizes. Contestant’s personal information may also be used to send additional
information about Sponsor, their affiliates and licensees, in accordance with applicable law. Except as set forth
herein, Contestant’s personal information will not be used for any other purpose and will not be shared with
anyone else, unless required by law.
8.
RELEASE: In consideration of the acceptance of Contestant’s entry in the Contest and for other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Contestant hereby
takes action for themselves, their executors, administrators, agents, representatives, spouse, children, heirs, next
of kin, successors, and assigns, and acknowledges and agrees as follows: (a) to be bound by the Rules; (b) that
participation in the Contest is voluntary; (c) Contestant is not a minor; (d) Contestant is of sound mind and body
and have not been advised otherwise by qualified medical person; (e) Contestant possesses all rights and
faculties necessary to execute, deliver and perform this agreement; (f) certifies that Contestant meet all eligibility
requirements as set forth in the Rules, which I have read, understand, and agree to; (g) certifies that all
photographs Contestant submits for the Contest will depict only Contestant, will not be altered in any manner
whatsoever, will be owned by Contestant and not require the consent of any other third party rights holder;
(h) Contestant is fully aware and assume the risk of illness, accidents, injury, death, personal injury, bodily harm,
emotional stress, psychological harm, property damage and all dangers potentially arising from or in connection
with participation in the Contest.
Further, Contestant irrevocably grants to Sponsor the right to edit, modify and/or publish and copyright the
Images. Sponsor does not make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law,
relative to the use of any prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
9.
DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or
defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or
software, including any injury or damage to Contestant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting
from participation in this Contest; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering,
destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or
incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on
the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information or website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.
All dates set forth in these Rules are approximate.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THESE CONTEST RULES TO THE CONTRARY, SPONSOR
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CONTESTANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL,
SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST
PROFITS), EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the Contest for any reason.
10.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
