Job Description- Project Superintendent
Position Title: Project Superintendent
Position Status: Full Time, Salary Exempt
Functional Area: Operations Department
Reports To: Project Manager
Duty Location: Harrisonburg, VA 22801
Travel: Less than 25%
Job Summary:
The Project Superintendent for Evermore Construction, LLC, will be a key role in the organization- requiring a keen
eye for detail, reliability, and goal-orientation. This is a position with opportunity for professional growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Commercial project management of assigned project(s).
 Coordination of subcontractors and Evermore Construction laborers
 Reading plans and understanding SOWs.
 Politely interfacing with clients, inspectors, and other Evermore Construction employees
 Setting, following and maintaining accurate schedule of projects
 Maintaining jobsite files
 Ensure all OSHA standards are maintained on assigned project(s)
 Additional duties as required
Minimum Qualifications Required:
 10+ years of solid construction experience
 10 hour OSHA certification
 Ability to fully read prints and specifications
 Solid understanding of budgets and time restraints
 Excellent time management skills.
 Excellent team building skills
 Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
 Excellent social skills and flexibility
 Proven ability to multi-task
 Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
 Background in commercial construction
