Raffle Donations
Each year, Cale’s Caddies features raffles that result in significant donations to support Cale and Fanconi
Anemia research! Donations vary from professional and college sports tickets and memorabilia to bikes,
barbecue grills and smokers, rounds of golf and golf equipment, restaurant coupons, photography
shoots, etc. etc.
Make a “Team Cale” difference through your donation of a raffle prize. Prizes will be displayed on the
day of the event, and will feature the name of the donor. See the Raffle Donation form (Page 4) to sign
up for your donation!
Deadline for sign up: 9am, Friday September 5th, 2015.
Sponsorship Opportunities:
Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a hole at the 8th Annual Cale’s Caddies Golf Outing, on
September 11, 2015 at Miracle Hill golf course in Omaha, Nebraska!
This year, sponsors can choose to sponsor as a tax deductible donation to “Fanconi Anemia Research
Fund.” Also, as in previous years, non-tax-deductible donations to Cale’s Caddies help cover Cale’s
medical expenses. The family is delighted to help support Fanconi Anemia Research Fund!
We are featuring seven sponsorship opportunities.

$250 Par level plus logo on all material, web, emails, etc.

$550 Birdy level plus registration for team of four
