VOLUNTEER POSITION DESCRIPTIONS:

SET-UP: Wednesday, September 9th 10:00am – 4:00pm
(4 volunteers needed)
ADMISSIONS
 Volunteers will assist with gate admissions into the Thursday night event; *Pre-event training required
ICE TRUCK
 Volunteers will keep record of ice leaving truck and assist those who need help getting the ice as needed
INFLATABLES
 Volunteers are needed to supervise the inflatable area
KIDS’ ZONE
 Volunteers are needed to supervise the Kids’ Zone and assist as needed
KIDS’ ZONE (SNOW CONES)
 Volunteers are needed to make and distribute snow cones to attendees in Kids’ Zone
STAFF ASSISTANTS
 Director of Community Impact: Kids’ Zone
VIP PARKING
 Volunteers are needed to check VIP passes for VIP parking and direct attendees to VIP parking area
VIP TENT
 Volunteers are needed to assist with patrons in the VIP tent cleaning up/ assisting with catering & bar, etc.
VIP ENTRANCE FROM RESERVED SEATING
 Volunteers are needed to assist with checking for VIP passes for those entering from Reserved Seating area
TETHER RIDES/ BALLOON GLOW
 Volunteers will help hold down the balloon baskets and assist patrons into the basket for tether rides. During
the balloon glow, volunteers will help in holding down the basket as the pilot "lights up" the balloon.
BALLOON CREWS (MANDATORY TRAINING: Thursday, September 10th at 5:15pm at BTB stage )
 Balloon crews will be assigned to a certain balloon. Crew helps with set up of the balloon for them to take off
and follows the balloon by vehicle until the balloon lands. Upon landing, crew helps take down balloon.

 Volunteers needed to roam crowd during Text to Give promotion for credit card swiping on iPads
