The University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria offers a PhD position at our School of
Informatics, Communications and Media in Hagenberg in the field of Nano-electronics
Design Automation (3 years).
Background in one or more of the following topics required:
• Excellent programming skills in C, C++,
• Parallelization of algorithms on multicore CPUs and GPUs,
• Circuit design and simulation,
• Numerical analysis,
• Master either in Computer Science, Electronics or Applied Mathematics.
