Color Coding
Introduction
Binary is a number system that only uses two
numbers: 0 and 1. Binary numbers can be used
like a code that computers and electronics can
understand. We will learn how we can use
binary as a code to send a message and
create a picture!

You will be given a message to send
Write the message in binary with the Binary Alphabet Table
Trade the binary messages with a friend
Decode the binary message to see what it says!

You will be given a list of binary numbers and a grid of empty boxes
Each binary number is linked to one of those boxes.
Using the Binary Color Table, find what color each number represents
Color in the right box the color that you found
Digital computers use binary numbers to store data
because it can store a lot of information in a simple way!
