The 2015 Jazz Cafe will be May 15 with dinner starting at 6:30 and music starting at 7:00 PM and WE NEED YOU!
This is one of the Perry Band Booster's biggest fundraisers. Monies from fundraisers
like these help to offset the cost of PMHS Band Activities such as Marching Band,
Winter Drum Line, Winter Guard, and much much more! Furthermore, part of the funds
from this event also go back to the PMMS Band Program...
We need you to make this a successful spring event? There are 5 ways!! Keep
READING!!
1) Buy a PRE SALE Buca Di Beppo Dinner ticket from Mr Belt! (this is
an optional addition to the Jazz Cafe). 5 dollar general admission will still stand but
for a total of $15.00 per adult and 10.00 per child, we will provide a Buca Di Peppo
Pasta Dinner for your enjoyment during the show! Dinner starts at 6:30 PM. Tickets
can be purchased from Mr Belt now through April 29th through May 13th. Send the
money in with your child with checks made out to PM Band Boosters and Jazz Cafe
tickets in the memo area.
2) Just come and buy a 5 dollar general admission ticket per person at the
door (or 20.00 per family)-enjoy snacks, beverages, and Jazz!
3) Share the news with your friends/family !
4) Donate cookies, pies, cakes, dessert bars, cup cakes, or any dessert item that is
"classy" - drop off/send in with your child at Mr Belt's office On May 14th or 15th! : ) Or
drop off at the PMA Gym btwn 5:30-6:00PM on May 16th. Please email mjd13@att.net
so that Melissa Dinkel can get a count! : )
4) Donate a Basket or an Item for a Basket for our ever popular "Basket
Raffle," which takes place during the Jazz Cafe. You can drop off Donations through
May 13th. If you have a business of any type, personal or corporate, be it Thirty One,
Premier, Avon or even bigger in scope...we will ADVERTISE YOU IN THE
PROGRAM and provide a tax deductible receipt upon request!
Want to create your own basket for donation? AWESOME!! You can drop off baskets,
donations with Mr Slightom or contact me at 317-709-1282 (text or call) or email at
bradymadge1@comcast.net and I will pick them up from your home ! Please let me
know what items on the list below you wish to donate!! : )
