Must have experience with OFCCP compliance and record keeping. Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ideally iApplicant and Taleo). Highly developed oral and written communication skills. Ability to relate to all levels of management and the public at large. High level of analytical ability. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Ability to work in teams (local and geographically dispersed). Ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Bilingual – Spanish. Results Oriented.
