Fee’s and Payment Policy – Term 2 2014
Pupils are to pay their coaching fees as per the following table: Existing coaching session days
and times are as listed on the back of this schedule. Additional coaches will be added as
required.
It should be noted that the fees have been adjusted to take into account

PRIVATE COACHING IS NOW AVAILABLE
INTRODUCTIO TO COMPETITIVE
Following their weekly lessons an introduction to competitive play for Red, Orange and Green Ball
students is provided on Sundays.
Time is from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and is $6.00 per session.
No bookings are required.

*SQUADS
Are selected for tournament players wishing to pursue their tennis to a high level.
You will note that the time and price has been reduced to keep the enthusiasm at its
maximum
Another optional ½hr is added to each 1½ hr session to be used for fitness
A special invitation squad for Red Ball students has been added to Wednesdays
THE MLC TENNIS HOT SHOTS PROGRAM IS TENNIS AUSTRALIA’S OFFICIAL
KIDS’ STARTER PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN 4 – 13 YEARS OLD
*GREEN BALL (Hot Shots)
Normally for students of 10 years and up
*ORANGE BALL (Hot Shots)
Normally for students of 7 – 9 years
*RED BALL (Hot Shots)
Normally for students of 4 – 6 years maximum 5 students per class
*Ages may be adjusted according to the pupil’s skill level
*Pupils must pay the fee per session or the term fee before attending any coaching sessions.
*Pupils that pay the full term fee before Saturday the 10th May will receive the Early Bird
Discount EBD.
*New pupils that pay the full term fee before Saturday the 10th May will receive
the Early Bird Discount and have the opportunity to purchase a junior aluminium
racquet from the Tennis SA Millswood Complex Pro Shop at a 30% discount.
*Pupils that start paying the per session fee and wish to pay the full term fee
before Saturday the 10th May will be charged the EBD Fee minus any monies already paid.
*Pupils that start paying the per session fee and wish to pay the term fees after Saturday the
10th May will be charged the full Term Fee minus any monies already paid..
*A new pupil, who starts attending classes mid-term and wish to pay the term fee have the
opportunity of the EBD rate pro-rata to the weeks remaining or the weekly rate if desired.
*Pupils who miss lessons due to rain can do make up lessons on any other day during the term.
No credits will be given for the following term.
*If a student misses multiple sessions and suitable make up sessions are not available at the
coaches discretion that student may be invited to do make ups during the holiday programs run
at the end of term.

OUR COACHING PHILOSOPHY
The Champions make tennis an intense, physical, tactical and emotional encounter. It’s fast and
furious and the kids love it.
At TENNIS SA MILLSWOOD we make the game the centre of our coaching programs .By
modifying rules we create game like situations that are appropriate for each skill level i.e. red
orange and green ball ‘HOT SHOTS’ . We then encourage specific skill developments that
enable each child to be more successful. As we see improvement we increase the challenge by
again changing the rules and or equipment until we reach the game of tennis as we know it.
Its loads of fun, full of action and the kids love it
At TENNIS SA MILLSWOOD we recommend that all the children participate is some form
of modified match play whether its red, orange or green ball. If you are interested please
inquire at the canteen
