RADIATION ALERTS--Attack on USA Planned (See Jade-Helm, Project Blue Beam, and
NASA Report on future Wars)
Dear Senator Baldwin,:
I had contacted your office in Milwaukee a couple of weeks ago and spoke with Rene about my
concerns--namely the U.S. is in the cross-hairs of planned 'natural disaster' attack--the Earth is
being used as a weapon of mass destruction against the Peoples of the world via U.S.
HAARP frequency technology. HAARP technology can and has been used for mind control,
and to create Earth Quakes, Flooding, Tsunamis and to steer Hurricanes (i.e. Katrina) into
populated areas--all for power & profit, (as described in Naomi Kline's book, the Shock
Doctrine).
According to nuclear/geo-physicist Dr. Leuren Moret, (also expert researcher on the lineage of
Jesuit/Rothchild-Rockefeller/elitists-illuminsati) the Sumatran & Fukushima tsunamis were
purposefully caused by an isideious use of HAARP technology. (See the attached document:
"Collection of Articles" for documentation.) It is controlled by corporate/elitist influence
embedded into the Bush/Obama's clandestine-branch of the CIA; HAARP is associated with AF,
Navy, NASA, and Homeland Security.
A post on Facebook recently revealed that a huge release of radiation with "pulse"
was DETECTED IN WISCONSIN and Midwest during the month September, 2015. Was it a
nuclear accident, some sort of terrorist attack, a solar phenomenon, or an EMF ["electromagnetic-frequency"] event as is caused by nuclear-explosion 25 miles or more above the Earth's
surface]? The posted article-map showed dangerous radiation levels for Wisconsin and upper
Midwest states--some civilian Geiger counter readings peaked 1,000 x above normal
background levels. The radioactive-release stretched cross-country as far as Oregon. This
unprecedented release is 'thought' to have 'maybe' emanated from 'somewhere' in Michigan.
There are too many "unknowns" with regard to this serious rad-event. Who's watching out for
Wisconsin and America?
Please find the attached chart showing the unexplained September spike levels in various
Midwestern states--these levels come from a network of citizen-Geiger-counters. Nobody seems
to know the source of the radiation. The Fed is once again mum.
Both our Federal government and states have abdicated their public-trust responsibilities.
When Fukushima radiation spread across the Pacific from Japan's three Nuclear-melt-down
explosions in 2011, the federal U.S. response was to 1). Forbid doctors from disseminating
potassium-iodide pills--(these inexpensive pills would have saved thousands of children and
adults from thyroid cancers caused by glandular uptake of radioactive iodine which is known to
settle in the thyroid). 2). to increase in the "allowable amounts of radiation" in food & foodproducts by 400% 3). To refuse to collect, and report any radiation monitoring data. 4). Push for
de-regulation of nuclear waste disposal HR 1240 and... 5). To license and accomodate plans for
a expansion of uranium mining and nuclear power-generation 6). To accomodate DGR Inc. of
Barrington IL, (a HAARP geo-engineer/weather-control technology company for hire) to Japan's
rescue? TEPCO recently dumped radioactive-water containment tanks into the sea--Fukushima's
three meltdowns continue to spue, leak and spread plutonium and other deadly radionuclitides
into the ocean, and atmosphere and around the world. The cover-up and public neglect is
blatantly genocidal!
Nuclear radiation is concentrated in milk and green plants. It falls to the ground in the rain and
snow, and enters the ground and surface waters...as such, it is a serious threat to our health safety
and welfare, and to the food-supply for human populations, fish, game and animals alike.
Radiation is a threat to the integrity of our very DNA and the fertility & survivability of present
and future generations. Cancers and deformities in plants, animals and humans are beginning to
skyrocket in Japan. The Pacific Ocean is dying from radiation poisoning. Ocean plants &
plankton are the foundational food-chain-supply for all marine life. The Whales, porpoises fish,
seal lions are starving. Sea stars are melting and long stretches North American coastal tidalpools are lifeless. The Pacific fishing industry is in unfathomable trouble. The Pacific Ocean IS a
major oxygen producer and carbon monoxide absorber for Planet. Earth as such, she is a
significant climate stabilizer. The health of our Mother Planet's oceans, soils, and atmosphere is
primary to the health all Earthlings.
HAARP technology can greatly affect climate-change short and long term. The motive for its use
is ultimately to access resources and convert the Globe into a One World Government--in order
to facilitate the President’s/elitist's/Papal New World Order" agenda (for power, profit and
genetic-control). Many innocent lives have been needlessly lost--the fertility of Earth and future
generations of plant, animal and humankind are at stake. Ultimately, the very life support system
of Earth is being threatened and compromised. Who knows what the threshold of no return may
be?
There is mounting evidence that the USA is in imminent danger of being the next target of
this most heinousness string HAARP crimes against Humanity and Earth. The HAARP-script
appears to be a stealthy inside job, in collaboration with multinational-elitists---who don't seem
to care or know that they would be sacrificing their own progeny!

Dear Senator Baldwin--I believe it's going to take lightening speed legisltive-collaborative action
to stop this insanity. Who can indict & arrest a Pres and his collaborators? Who can reach the
press--save our nation and People? Our world is fragile as never before...one second too late and
we may not get another chance to set things on a path to a beautiful and safe New Millennium.
I have the utmost confidence in you're integrity and abilities. Be assured that this 68 years 'retired
teacher/artist/musician/environmental researcher has all her faculties--I have no children--but I
care, and love the Earth and All her Children. Won't you please take the lead and collaborate
with others of Positive influence to address this most vital issue immediately? News papers and
media so far have been silent with regard to my attempts to reveal this most-vulnerablepredicament of all time. I've also contacted John Boehner's office (via a public "contact email
form", also the NYC police where I was referred to the NY FBI terrorist-hotline--they sent out
my local police to question me. This is not theory, and will not go away by itself or without
public knowledge. I believe it necessary for public engagement and support to effect positive
changes and protections. There has been release in to cyber space via Facebook and other social
media—pretty much the same response: a numb silence
