HERE ARE THE RULES
1. Submit 200 word essay by mail to Essay@crouchretailservices.com or by mail to: Essay Contest,
P.O. Box 1566, Lebanon, MO 65536
a. Essay must be a minimum of 200 words and no more than 250 words.
b. The content must fit the title “What I Like about the Tiny Home Concept”.
c. Essay will be judged by an independent panel.
d. Essay will be judged for content, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
e. All essays will be received by the owners Bobby and Jennifer Crouch whom will remove
all contact information from the essay and assign a log number.
2. Submit $200 entry fee by PayPal on our company’s website www.crouchretailservices.com
under the Essay Contest tab or mail check to: Essay Contest, P.O. Box 1566, Lebanon, MO 65536
3. All essays and entry fees must be received by July 1, 2015.
4. At that time all essays will be judged by the independent panel and a winner will be chosen and
announced on July 27, 2015.
5. We reserve the right to sell to anyone with an acceptable cash offer prior to June 25, 2015. In
the event this were to take place a full refund will be issued for all entries.
6. We reserve the right to:
a. Cancel the essay contest if there are not enough entries to cover construction costs.
b. Or extend the acceptance of entries for one week if close on entries to meeting
construction costs.
c. In the event the contest is cancelled. A full refund will be issued for each entry.
7. Contest winner will be responsible for the title insurance and closing costs.
