Dear Friend of BEAMINGOn Friday February 19th, 2016 we will be hosting our 6th annual fundraising event, A BEAMING “Night at the
Races.” BEAMING Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding and experiences for
children and adults with special needs in the Fox Valley, as well as our injured or impaired military veterans. All
of the funds raised from this event support these vital services helping BEAMING to continue its vision of
“Changing lives one ride at a time.”
We would like to invite you to consider a corporate sponsorship to support this special event. Your tax-deductible
donation can truly make this evening a success and will help us continue to enhance the lives of the special needs
riders we serve. In addition, you will benefit from the exposure of your corporate logo/personal recognition during
the evening. Additionally, all sponsors will be recognized in the program, receive repeated mention as a sponsor
on the BEAMING Facebook page, will receive tickets to the event, and a special souvenir glassware. Increased
exposure and benefits are available at each level of sponsorship.
