Bonnabel High School on Saturday, August 22, 2015 for the JPPSS
Foreign Language Proficiency Exam. I hereby agree to hold Jefferson Parish
Public School System or any duly authorized representatives free and harmless
against any and all injuries which the above mentioned child may sustain as a
result of or growing out of this trip which I hereby grant permission except
such injuries which the above mentioned student may sustain as a result of
gross negligence or willful misconduct of JPPSS or its authorized
representatives.
Students will depart West Jefferson High School promptly at 7:00 a.m. on
Saturday, August 22, 2015, and depart Bonnabel High School to return to
West Jefferson at 3:30 p.m. Please be by the bus 15 minutes earlier both times.
There is no transportation cost for this trip. Students must register and pay
for the exam in advance.
