Bulldogs by O and B Farms Purchase Agreement and Contract
1.) All puppies require half of purchase price for a deposit. Unless otherwise arranged, deposits must be
paid by Postal Money Order or through Western Union.
2.) Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis.
3.) All shipping costs are the buyer's expense. Shipping, crate, shipping supplies, and health certificate
are approximately $475.00. These expenses must be paid with the second payment on your puppy.
Payment in full is required before seller will finalize shipping arrangements. Be aware that shipping time
may be delayed due to extreme weather temperatures. The seller is able to make decisions related to
safe shipping practices and will not be responsible for delays related to weather.

Puppies may be sold at 7 – 8 weeks of age. Puppies being shipped must be 8 weeks.
NEW OWNER NOTIFICATION
Please note that all Minnesota Breeders must comply with MN Statute 325F.791 Sale of Dogs and
Cats. This statute protects you, the buyer as well as myself. All contracts offered by MN Breeders must
comply with this statute. Please educate yourself. The statute is available on my website. Please print
the statute for your records and sign below that you understand your rights.
WE REQUIRE THAT NEW OWNERS HAVE THEIR PUPPY CHECKED BY THEIR OWN VET WITHIN 24 -48
HOURS OF PURCHASE IN ORDER FOR THE NEW OWNER TO VERIFY IT'S HEALTH. IF THERE ARE ANY
GENETIC HEALTH ISSUES IDENTIFIED AT THAT TIME, THE PUPPY MUST BE RETURNED TO THE SELLER
FOR FULL REFUND OR CHOICE OF ANOTHER PUP. ANY EXPENSES RELATED TO SHIPPING ARE AT THE
EXPENSE OF THE BUYER UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED. ANY LEGAL ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED
WITHIN THE SELLER'S JURISDICTION AND BE DETERMINED BY MN STATUTE 325F.791 Sales of dogs and
cats.
To ensure that our puppies are going to committed and caring owners, we recommend new owners
purchase health insurance prior to taking their puppy home. We recommend Healthypaws Pet
