cancer. She was (insert age) years old. This year, I have decided to make a very personal commitment. In
October, I will be participating in a special event, YSC Tour de Pink. On (insert date), I will join hundreds of
other cyclists as we ride more than 200 miles to support young women with breast cancer.
Young Survival Coalition (YSC) is the premier global organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to
young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. YSC offers resources, connections and outreach so women
feel supported, empowered and hopeful. With an interactive website and support networks across the United
States, it is YSC’s goal that no young woman be left to fight breast cancer alone.
The funds raised by YSC Tour de Pink will help them focus on education and outreach opportunities, and
provide peer-to-peer support for newly diagnosed young women.
I have committed to raising $2,500 to participate in this ride, but I’ve set a personal goal of raising $(insert goal)
