Water coming from the wall?
No reason for concern!
CP Furniture Systems astonishes customers with complete
solutions for offices and locker rooms: Climate, furniture,

Seeing wet walls typically means that there are burst pipes somewhere.
However, with these German furniture experts, it means something else:
The CP climate wall, a product presented at the BIG 5, allows for a completely
new, clean way to cool rooms in a healthy and energy-efficient manner. C+P
also offers a variety of furniture and technology for offices, conference rooms,
and locker rooms.
The CP climate wall, which features a chilled water film, premieres at BIG 5 this year. In
May, it was already awarded the Product Design Award at INDEX in Dubai. It eliminates
all of the disadvantages of conventional air conditioning systems. Furthermore, the C+P
system, which is based on a Fraunhofer patent, is truly eye-catching and upgrades the
room with its design and functionality. Sophisticated architecture might benefit
particularly from the new aluminum / glass partition systems into which the C+P climate
wall can be integrated now.
Chilled water film fights allergies
The advanced concept dehumidifies and cools the ambient air without any bothersome or
even noticeable air flow. Furthermore, the chilled water film "disposes of" minor air
pollutants such as dust or pollen - a relief for allergy sufferers!
Initial tests by the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics indicate that energy savings
of at least 20% result from the climate wall, even if the perceived temperature in the
room is the same. It also allows for integrated media technology to be used, even behind
the water film. It's a concept with a variety of uses.

Wireless technology with elegant security compartments
The keyword "integrated media technology" puts CP into high gear. As the first European
manufacturer, they integrated the first wireless charging module into office and
conference furniture with the international "Qi" standard in 2010.
This competence was consistently developed further at CP. At this year's BIG 5, for
example, a multimedia bistro counter with Prefino box lockers will be presented - a
solution that allows for smart and efficient meetings while offering elegant storage
options for visitors' bags and devices. From conference tables with power connections to
furniture for videoconferencing and telepresence to the Cegano SmartTable that is
completely wireless – the basic philosophy is always the same at CP: Efficiency happens
where meetings are fun, where the environment is just right, where the proper tools are
available, and where ideas can be shared spontaneously - no matter if it's among two or
twenty participants. This is where CP comes into play: With furniture that makes the
latest technologies easy to use and therefore makes meetings better and more efficient.
New generation of lockers premieres at BIG 5
At the same time, two new locker series premiere at BIG 5: the CP Evolo series and the
Cambio series. From the invisible interior grid to the uniform appearance when set up in
rows: the new CP Evolo and Cambio lockers get it right down to the last detail. Both
product series now also work with a modular upgrade concept that makes it possible to
adapt the design to the preferences and budget of the customer. This may include posh
steel designs in any color combination, exclusive materials such as solid-core HPL (highpressure laminate) doors, or fine wood veneer – the sky is the limit! Furthermore, one
can add clever interior solutions and locking systems that make daily processes easier for
both the visitors and the operators.
CP Director of Sales and Marketing, Tobias Walter, adds: "These two variable locker
systems have the potential of becoming the new standard in industrial facilities and
fitness and wellness establishments. In this case, the next step in evolution already
turned into a small revolution."
