NOTE: All Chapter Presidents and coordinators for formative FLAA chapters are kindly
requested to encourage members of their chapters to begin making prepayment of their
convention fee of $125.00 per delegate.
Please note that the chapter assessment of $500.00 per chapter/annual is payable to Mr.
Charles Kanneh, National Treasurer of FLAA. The Convention Committee is appealing to all
chapters to make settlement of the chapter assessment between now until April 30, 2012.
All Chapter presidents are pleased requested to forward the list of delegates from their chapters
including options for their accommodation, arrival and departure time and date to facilitate pickup and drop off. The hosting chapter would like to encourage all chapter presidents to forward
this information latest May 15, 2012.
The Convention Committee will soon come out with the convention theme for FLAA 22nd
Annual National Convention. Meanwhile the committee wish to solicit suggestions from FLAA
Board, National Executive Committee, Standing committees and the membership of FLAA in
coming up with a theme that will be reflective of the current and future reality
