service를 이용 하실 수 있습니다.
Genolution Guaranteed siRNA kit의 배송일 기준으로 90일 이내에 제놀루션 홈페이지를 통해
gene expression knockdown 효과를 측정한 quantitative RT-PCR data와 transfection efficacy data
를 아래 양식에 작성하여 보내 주시면 data 확인 후 3 duplexes siRNA를 1회 무상 공급해 드립니
다.

**Real time PCR data 분석요령
1> ct값 : cycle threshold. 발현양이 높을수록 ct 값은 감소.
2> ΔCt 값 : 각 gene 의 ct 값을 actin 값으로 보정한 값.
3> ΔΔCt 값 = transfection 한 sample 의 ΔCt 값 - negative control의 ΔCt 값.
4> 2^-ΔΔCt 값 : gene 의 발현양을 계산한 값 (gene 의 expression 양이 1cycle = 2^1).
5> reduction(%) : silencing 을 백분율로 나타낸 것. (100-100*2-△△ct)
