If the proposer/coordinator is not EURAMET TC contact person the national contact person(s) of the relevant TC(s) have to be involved in the registration process. 2 Subject Field: Projects can be related to one or more Technical Committees. 3 Type of collaboration: The type of collaboration being proposed should be defined as one of the following: Cooperation in research Comparison of measurement standards Consultation on facilities Note: For ‘Traceability’ projects please use the specific form ‘EURAMET Projects: Traceability’. 3A In the case of KC or SC to be registered in the KCDB, the coordinator should be aware that the protocol should be sent to the appropriate CC WG for approval (KC) or information (SC). In the case of a KC can take place only if its protocol is approved by the appropriate CC Working Group. The KC/SC must be compatible and linkable to the parent CC comparison. Once the CC-WG has approved the protocol, the KC/SC can be registered in the KCDB by filling the appropriate BIPM form. 4 Coordinator: The full details of the person who is proposing the collaboration and will be piloting the project. 7 Description: A brief description of the proposed collaboration should be given. Sufficient detail should be provided so researchers in other institutes can assess whether it is appropriate for them to seek to join the collaboration. 8 Additional Information This box provides the opportunity for adding any additional information relevant to the proposed collaborative project (e.g. previous collaborations, external funding available etc). 9 Starting date/proposed starting date: If the collaboration is still at a preliminary stage a proposed starting date should be given, otherwise the agreed starting date. 10 Expected completion date: An expected completion date must be given. For permanent agreements (e.g. devolvement of primary standards) "ON-GOING" should be entered. 11 Date of transmission to EURAMET Secretariat.
