2015 Suggested Massachusetts 4-H Fitting and Showmanship Judges
List
The following is a list of suggested judges for 4-H Fitting and Showmanship classes. This list was
compiled by the Massachusetts 4-H Equine Science Program Coordinator and does not endorse any
particular judge or judges. Anyone using this list as a source for fitting and showmanship judges
must accept responsibility for all relationships with perspective judges. Judges on this list have
participated and successfully completed the Massachusetts 4-H Fitting and Showmanship Training
Clinic and have passed a general knowledge test on Massachusetts 4-H Fitting and Showmanship
rules.
Massachusetts 4-H Fitting and Showmanship Judges cards are good for 3 years and expire on April 1
(ex, judges taking the clinic in 2015 will expire 4/1/2018). Training clinics will be offered
periodically in the late fall/early spring of each year for judges who wish to learn or review the
Massachusetts 4-H Fitting and Showmanship rules. The judges list will be updated approximately on
a yearly basis to include new judges and remove judges who no longer wish to be on the list.
Judges are grouped alphabetically by the year they took their most recent fitting and showmanship
clinic.

The following Youth have successfully completed the 4-H Fitting and Showmanship Judges Assistant
program and can help add scores, serve as scribes to judges, or assist in the organization of 4-H
Fitting & Showmanship classes.
