Year 11 2015 Course Selections and Waiting Lists
Dear Parent/Caregiver,

During last term, students were asked to select courses of study for Year 11 2015. As a result of these selections, a Year 11 timetable has been developed for
Model Farms High School with over 85% of students obtaining all of their course choices. As you can understand, with over 150 students making course
selections, not everyone can be offered all of the courses chosen.
Although places may not be currently available in some courses, we are offering students the opportunity to be placed on waiting lists, or to make changes
where the pattern of study provided does not meet the individual’s needs. All places that are available, and those where waiting lists apply, will be offered on a
first in first served basis. There can be no guarantee however, that a placement will become available, though you will be notified immediately if one does.
Students wishing to make changes or be placed on a waiting list are to complete the form on the next page, obtain a parent (or guardian’s) signature and return
the form to me. Information on the courses available can be found in the Course Information Booklet distributed to students in Term 3. The date and time I
receive the form will be recorded and the forms need to be returned by Monday 24 November.
