Join me in the Fight to End Colorectal Cancer!
I’ve signed on to be a team captain at the upcoming Chris4Life Colon Cancer Foundation Scope It Out 5K
event in Pittsburgh. Chris4Life is the 2nd largest colorectal cancer organization in the world and is committed to
ending colorectal cancer forever.
On September 19, 2015 I will join hundreds of others coming together to raise funds for cutting edge research
and to support colorectal cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. I hope to raise ($Insert Goal) and I really
need your help to achieve this goal.
You may not realize that colorectal cancer is the 2nd leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. Every
9.3 minutes, someone in the U.S. dies of colorectal cancer. It is likely you know someone who has been
diagnosed with colorectal cancer – perhaps you or your spouse, a relative, coworker, neighbor or friend.
Someone in your life’s circle has heard those terrible words, “You have colorectal cancer.”
A diagnosis of colorectal cancer affects more than just the patient. When someone we love is diagnosed, we
all are affected. Families work doubly hard to keep homes running smoothly while their loved one goes
through treatment. Businesses struggle, not only to support their coworker, but also to fill the gaps in
productivity. Colorectal cancer doesn’t care – so we have to care!
My goal of raising ($Insert Goal) is ambitious and I’ll fall short without your financial support. Online donations
