This show is licensed by the Cat Fanciers’ Association, Inc. (CFA). All CFA Show Rules will be strictly enforced. To obtain a copy of the current Show Rules, order online at http://catalog.cfa.org/pubs.html#showrules or send your request with $7.00 to CFA, 250 East Main Street, Alliance, OH 44601. This is a non-vetted show. All entries, except kittens, must be registered with CFA. No kittens under the age of 4 months will be allowed in the show hall. You are advised to have your entries inoculated by a licensed veterinarian against feline enteritis, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, rabies, and be FeLV tested before entering. All claws of all entries must be clipped prior to benching. Litter and water will be provided. Please bring your own litter pans, water dishes, and cat food. Cage size is 21”x21”x21” (single), 21”d x 44”w x 21”h (double). "All entries in Championship(except Novice), Premiership(Except Novice) and Registered Kittens, Recorded Household Pets, and registered cats competing as Household Pets with a Household Pet color class prefix will be scored for CFA awards. Owners of novices can contact the entry clerk for a temporary registration number." The American Gothic Cat Club will take reasonable care to safeguard the property of exhibitors. Neither the club, its members, nor Exposition Gardens will be liable for any loss or damage. All cats must be removed from the show hall at the close of the show, on Sunday, September 13. HHP entries must be at least 4 months old, spayed/neutered (if over 8 months), and must not be declawed NEW EXHIBITORS In general, you will need: A towel, or small rug, for the cage floor, material to cover the cage sides and top and clips to fasten the material to the cage.
