Here at Pool Wizards, we offer a full service professional installation. The above prices include excavation (up to 4
inches off level, every inch after that is an additional $35.00), installation, blocks, sand, NEW filter/skimmer hookups.
Additional cost: Dirt removal from site, deep ends (dish/hopper) and concrete work for deep ends on ovals. PVC/FLEX
plumbing if wanted.
Pool Wizards uses a laser level to guarantee the pool is 100% level. We also use a plate compactor during the
installation. We compact the sand, then trawl it, giving the bottom of your pool a smooth finished concrete look. This
process allows us to give you a wrinkle free bottom to your pool (this is extremely important not only for the look and
feel of the pool, but in keeping the pool clean as well as the longevity of the liner).
Terms and Commitment:
Homeowner must contact Diggers Hotline (free) at 1.800.242.8511 to be surveyed.
Homeowner is responsible for permits, codes, and any fencing that is necessary.
Homeowner is responsible for removing roots, all rocks/stones, and all debris.
All above are estimates for pools/liners without decks, all others are subject to an inspection and written
estimates.

Water will be scheduled by Pool Wizards using The Waterman Inc. of Milwaukee/Gurnee. The tankers carry 6,500
gallons of water (5,000 in Illinois). Enough water will be scheduled to “set” the liner (needed for the precise cutting of
the skimmer and return) and more upon the request of the homeowner.

Pool Outlining:
This procedure enhances the aesthetic look around your pool as well as serves as the ultimate defense in sand
washouts. Not only does it prevent sand washout and enhance the look, but it prevents weed and grass from growing
up through the pool. It eliminates a muddy mess around the outside of the pool caused by rain and water splashing and
keeps your pool clean by less dirt being tracked back into the pool.
OUTLINING PACKAGES INCLUDE:

Thick plastic placed on the ground to stop weeds from growing through the stone or mulch.
Plastic draped up on the pool wall to protect it from rotting
Stone or mulch you choose. Placement of materials will be 2-3 inches thick
4x4x8 Treated lumber or Commercial grade black boarder
10 inch galvanized spikes placed to hold the lumber and border in place
Labor and delivery of material
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUTLINING YOUR POOL, NO MATTER WHO DOES THE LABOR

PVC upgrade:
Upgrading your plumbing to PVC will increase the amount of pressure in your return line. Your pool will
remain cleaner, saving you money on chemical cost. The plastic hoses equipped with the pool can deteriorate
from UV rays and spring leaks. By using PVC, it will give your pool a finished professional appearance. Includes
PVC, unions, shutoffs and labor.
PRICE: $300
Second Skimmer and Return:
A second skimmer and return can increase pool circulation, keeping your pool
water clean. Again, saving you money in the long run, by cutting down on chemical
cost and daily upkeep. Includes skimmer, return, and custom installation. Does not
include hoses. Hoses can be purchased, as well as PVC.

Plastic Filter Pads:
Plastic pads are used to keep your filter system level and secure.
The pads keep the system clean by preventing it from sitting on the
ground in mud and water. Adds that special touch to the aesthetics of
your pool! These are 24” a piece. Depending on your pump/filter/heater
size you may need more than one.

Concrete Filter/Heater Pads:
This is the ultimate in both aesthetics and functionality. It allows your filter system to be 100% level
allowing for maximum performance while giving it that clean, professional look for the life of the pool.

Pool Crete:
Pool Crete is a mixture of portland, sand, and vermiculite. It gives the pool a hard bottom that is still porous,
allowing the liner to breathe, while maintaining its structure. One of the biggest issues in aboveground pools is sand
washout. With a product like this, sand washout doesn’t exist. This is a common product used for in-ground pools. It can
save you from having to replace a liner due to sand washout, paying for itself many times over!

Pool Wizards Professional Pool Installation Contract
Thank you for choosing Pool Wizards. We appreciate the opportunity of doing business with you. We are an award
winning group of professionals who have been in business for over 10 years and have an amazing reputation with the
Better Business Bureau (BBB) and in the swimming pool industry. We strive to make every pool installation a smooth
and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Pool Wizards requires a nominal down payment of $100 (non-refundable) to secure your position on our installation list.
The following agreement spells out the terms and conditions of this project. Please keep a copy for your records and
return a signed, dated copy in the self-addressed envelope enclosed within ten days of the original postmarked date.
Installation dates and times depend upon the weather and the order in which you have secured a spot on our installation
list. Once you’ve reserved a spot on our list, we work very hard to ensure all installations are done in a timely manner.
Pool Wizards would also like to remind you that they are not liable for issues that may arise due to nature in Wisconsin
and Illinois (i.e. earth worms, roots, gophers, sand washout, rocks, wind, ground shifting, settling, wind damage, ice, etc.).
Pool Wizards has several preventative measures to minimize the above risks. Please ask if you have any concerns.
Installations do not include landscaping or backfill around the pool. If you would like to have these done, Pool Wizards
would be happy to do so with a separate written estimate per job. Homeowner must contact Diggers Hotline (free) at
1.800.242.8511 to be surveyed. Homeowner is responsible for permits, codes, and any fencing that is necessary.
Homeowner is responsible for removing roots, all rocks/stones, and all debris.
Where excavation is applicable, please note the following. A clearance of 72” is needed to get the equipment into the back
yard. Homeowner is responsible to insure there is proper clearance. Our installation price includes the first 4inches of
excavation. Each inch there after being $35 per inch. Deep ends or centers are an additional $250 + $125 per leg to be
concreted in (if needed). Dirt excavated from the pool will be left on site to be used as backfill for the homeowner or a
berm can be built. Pool Wizards can help find a local subcontractor to remove the dirt. Excavation for the purpose of
installing swimming pools requires the use of heavy construction equipment. A dump truck along with an excavator/skidsteer will be used throughout the excavation and installation process. Pool Wizards is not responsible for any damage
from the use of such equipment. Pool Wizards uses extreme caution, but likes to reiterate to homeowners that it is
construction work, which requires the use of this heavy equipment, and there will be some marks in the grass. Pool
Wizards does not dispose of old liners and boxes.
When and where applicable, water will be scheduled by Pool Wizards. Enough water will be scheduled to “set” the liner
(all pools will need a minimum of 1 load, possibly 2 to do this) allowing Pool Wizards to cut in your skimmer and return.
The water will be paid for separately by the homeowner.
For liner replacements, pools must be completely drained prior to Pool Wizards arrival. This can be done a few days or
even the night before. If the water is not drained, you will be charged an additional $125. We are on a very limited time
schedule. Also, please make sure you have the correct type of liner and the correct size for your pool.
Pool Wizards would like to make this as simple as possible for all homeowners. We have an outstanding rating with the
BBB and strive to keep that up. We work to make this the absolute best experience possible, treating every jobsite like it’s
our own home.

Pool Wizards offers an amazing, worry free, optional extended warranty for your pool. The
warranty covers the first 3 years after the pool or liner is installed. The warranty is an extension of
manufactures warranty and covers all labor involved. The manufactures warranty covers the liner at a
pro-rated portion, as well as the pool wall and top rails. Our extended warranty would include
covering the balance of the original manufacture warranty, the installation of the new liner/wall/toprails (if needed), and water to set the liner (up to 20,000 gallons). 99% of warranty claims happen
within the first 2 years of the pool and liner installation. We offer this service to ensure your absolute
satisfaction and guarantee your pool experience a stress free one. Pool Wizards is behind their

3 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY: $250
To enroll in the EXTENDED WARRANTY program, please sign and date one of the two warranty
