Hello 21st Coordinators
If your school had 21stcclc basketball as one of your clubs, then it is time to register for a
21stcclc Elementary Spring Basketball Tournament. Please consult your coach's today as we
need to know your intentions no later than this Friday (NO EXCEPTIONS) via email. The fee is
non-refundable therefore your commitment to CCASP is firm.
This year, due to budget constraints, you will only be able to register for (1) tournaments per
team. For example, you may enter a Boy team at the 6 thru 8th grade level for up to (1) Saturday
Tournament.
And
You may enter a Girl team at the 6 thru 8th grade level for up to (1) Saturday Tournament.
You may not enter the same team for more than (1) Saturday tourney. For example, if you do not
have a girl team, you may NOT enter the boy team for (2) Saturdays. (You may only choose (1)
Saturday for a same sex team)
Lastly
You may NOT enter both gender teams to play on the same Saturday. For Example, you may
Not enter your boy team and girl team to play on the sane Tourney Saturday date.

Here are the details and are pretty much the same as last year
We will continue to partner with George Shimko Basketball School
Each School must provide a Stipend Parent to attend with the team to handle the score table
(SCORE KEEPER TRAINIG WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE)
The Tournament Dates to choose from are:
Saturday APRIL 18
Saturday APRIL 25
Games will be held in and around the Oak Lawn and Chicago Ridge area, same as last yr. ie.
Facilities will have great seating and concessions and there are no Admission fees to Games
This is an Opportunity for Family Engagement
All teams Guaranteed and must stay to play (3) games per Saturday Tourney NO
EXCEPTIONS-Your commitment includes your school making all games
CCASP will provide bus transportation via Paige Bus Enterprises
Schools may want to request Saturday Fieldtrip Bag Lunch from your School Lunch Manager
Schools must submit THE WEEK OF YOUR GAME CPS approval forms and trip permission
slip found on our website
Only the currently paid 21stcclc basketball instructor will be paid for the day
Hello High School 21stcclc Coordinators
Now is the time to register for the Spring League ......Once again we will partner with George
Shimko HS Athletic Director of Queen of Peace HS and Director of GSBS Basketball Academy.
Games will be held at Oak Lawn Pavilion or Frontier Fieldhse or Queen of Peace HS.
Games will be held on Saturdays beginning April 18th and concluding June 7 (5 week season -10
games) There will be no games Memorial Weekend May 23rd. You MUST commit to the entire
schedule and plan to show up for all games. Please make sure your players are committed to the
league and play the games scheduled.
