RULES AND CONDITIONS
This competition will be run under BRC Rules 2012 under section HX1 page
49. It is the responsibility of the rider to familiarise themselves with these
rules. Rule books can be obtained from RC Head Office at Stoneleigh. The
Organisers reserve the right to amend the rules if necessary.
All Qualifying entries are required to send copies of their Flu Vaccination
certificates WITH their entry form
Riding hats will be checked when competitors collect their number and are to
be in accordance with the standards on page 90 of the 2012 Rule Book.
Horse Trials
Medical Armbands and Body Protectors to BETA Class 3 must be worn for
Cross Country.
Competitors will not be allowed to compete if these
standards are not met. No watches to be worn for the Cross Country.

All riders need to bring their own number bibs. Numbers to be collected from
the Secretary on arrival.
Junior competitors must be under 18 years old on 1st January 2012. Seniors
should be over 18 on 1st January 2012.
Entries will be processed in the order received. In the event of classes being
full, a waiting list will be kept. Entries must be made on the official entry form
and further forms are available from the Secretary. We are unable to accept
email entries.
If necessary the dressage for class 4 may be run on the preceding day. All
attempts will be made to avoid this.
Refund Policy: 100% if we can replace your entry from the wait list.
PLEASE NOTE: All persons attending do so at their own risk. Lamberts
Castle Riding Club, Shipton Riding Club, Blackdown Hills Riding and
Bicton Arena do not accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury
or illness to riders, horses, spectators or their property whatsoever.
IT IS A CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT EACH TEAM QUALIFYING OR NOT MUST PROVIDE
A JUMP JUDGE FOR ONE FENCE FOR THE DAY. ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
UNTIL THE NAME OF THE PERSON(S) JUMP JUDGING, TOGETHER WITH CONTACT
