ALL UAC PARTICIPANTS
There are 14 possible dates for UAC participation regular session, Lesson Study, and field study trip attendance. Full participation in the UAC
program for the 2012 – 2013 year includes full-day attendance at a total of twelve (12) session days: A minimum of eight sessions of your
choice PLUS participation in the mandatory four Lesson Study work and implementation days. Additional opportunities for special
presentations and conference attendance will be announced as additional learning and/or make-up possibilities during the program year. Full
participation is a criterion for receipt of extra-duty pay at the end of the program year.
*Lesson Study work and implementation days and the post-test day as indicated on the calendar are mandatory for full participation credit and
extra-duty pay.
**The field study trip to San Francisco/Angel Island is not mandatory. However, if you miss these two days, you must attend all the other
possible attendance dates. Also, because of the necessary travel arrangements, once you commit to going to San Francisco, your attendance
will be mandatory.
