□ Organic chicken breasts, ground turkey
□ Sun Warrior (brand) non-soy vanilla protein powder
□ Organic eggs, Greek yogurt
□ Wild caught salmon (fresh or frozen)
□ Canned (BPA free) organic black beans, pinto beans, garbanzo beans (chickpeas),
stewed tomatoes, crushed tomatoes
□ Vegetables: Cauliflower, romaine lettuce, arugula, kale, spinach, carrots, broccoli, onion,
celery, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, 4 large ripe
tomatoes, frozen chopped spinach, Kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, jalapeno pepper
□ Organic vegetable broth (we like Pacific Brand), chicken broth
□ Fresh or frozen organic fruit: berries, green apples, lemons (and/or pure lemon juice),
avocado
□ Quinoa, gluten free oats, gluten free bread crumbs, brown rice pasta
□ Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, grape seed oil, grapeseed or coconut
cooking spray
□ Nuts and Seeds: almonds, almond slices, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, raw
sunflower seeds
□ Almond butter, Almond meal
□ Unsweetened almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk (without carrageenan ~ again, we like
Pacific brand)
□ Spices: garlic cloves, chili powder, cumin, chives, flat leaf parsley, lemons, lime juice,
turmeric, cilantro, rosemary, pink Himalayan sea salt and black pepper, raw tahini, garlic
