Review Site Statistics

Increase in unique visitors and number of visits compared to January 2014. All-time highs in
unique visitors and numbers of visits. Hypothesized that it may be due to an increase of people
viewing the site from home on their personal computer because of weather-related work
closures—thus resulting in inflated numbers.
o Unique Visitors
 February 2014 to 2015: 1513 up to 2254 (49% increase)
 January 2015 to February 2015: 1770 up to 2254
o Number of Visits
 February 2014 to 2015: 2787 up to 3848
 January 2015 to February 2015: 3138 up to 3848

Issue Tracker/Alert bugs


Zach tracked February’s alert issues- 4 users reported troubles when sending alerts. Zach will
continue to track alert issues
Keyword search under “Individual Members” does not function fully. Some members will come up
when searched by name; however others will not; the only surefire way is to search the individuals
agency and scroll through
o Barbara will look into the keyword search functionality

Photo Release

o
o
In lieu of the photo release, Zach will continue to request verbal permission / consent
As strategy to avoid written policy that 300+ members must sign off on and update,
Barbara will draft a disclaimer that may be posted as a note on the SNA site.
Whether at the SNA Monthly meeting, SNA Partner Tour, or any SNA event/meeting, all
members and guests may opt out of being in the picture
Future Website Enhancements (Prioritized)
1. (Short term goal) Alert Editor Addressed and back up and running (short term goal)
2. (Long Term Goal) Create an enhancement that allows the Safety Net SuperAdmin to more
efficiently communicate with Partner Agency Admin; Committee discussed the following
options:
a. Create a “Partner Agency Admin Tab”- Similar to the Agency and Individual Search tab,
that can be utilized by the SNA SuperAdmin (VISTA and Subcommittee members) to
populate a comprehensive list of all agency’s admin
b. Create a “Admin Only” category when sending alerts that would allow the SuperAdmin
to send an alert to strictly Partner Agency Admin
 Short-term goal- Zach will create an excel Document that lists all of the 128 SNA Admin and all
351 respective users
Update on Alert Editor
