Resolutions passed:
1.Regarding the first issue:
To make changes to the Roadmap presentation, i.e. to specify the value of the market volumes, to specify the volume of the digital factory market, to add a description of the model-driven architecture of the digital factory (possibly, to use the version from the presentation by D.Ivanov), to specify the list of activities included in the Roadmap, highlighting the working group priority projects ( design of the pilot Flexible Manufacturing Cell (FMC), deployment of the system of certification of products manufactured with the use of the additive and other advanced manufacturing technologies, creation of the cloud infrastructure for the digital factory) and reducing the number of slides dealing with market analysis.

2. Regarding the second issue:
To include the RTA proposals in the list of the Roadmap activities. To add activities for

3. Regarding the third issue: a. To approve creation of an experimental testbed in the field of additive technology and development of the model NPO Saturn FMC (slide 7, presentation by D.Ivanov) as the pilot working group project. b. To explore the issue of the organization of the NPO Saturn experimental testbed on the premises of the St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University or the Compmechlab. Priority goal: to evaluate the possibility of organizing a testbed on the specified site, to evaluate the overall demand for the possibly sought-after resources , to evaluate other conditions for inclusion of the project into the working group roadmap and subsequent submission to the interdepartmental working group under the RF Government (IWG)

Timescale: 10.08.2015-14.08.2015 c. Within the framework of the working group pilot project to add to the roadmap: (1) design of the pilot flexible manufacturing cell, (2) development of the system of certification of products manufactured with the use of additive and other advanced manufacturing technologies, (3) creation of the cloud infrastructure for the digital factory.
Responsible persons: all members of the group d. To consider involving Mr. Nuraliyev (1c) in the group working on the issue of creating the cloud infrastructure for the digital factory. To consider opportunities to involve the VNIIEF in creation of the cloud.
