Events will be run under British Riding Club rules. See BRC’s website for a full details. 3. Protective headgear, BSI Kite Marked to at least BS EN1384 or PAS015, must be worn by anyone mounted. The harness must be properly adjusted and fastened. Failure to do so will incur elimination. 4. It is advisable to wear a body protector in any class involving jumping. 5. Entries will be processed on a first come, first served basis. 6. Classes will run/may be split Junior & Senior/limited depending upon number of entries. 7. Entry fees must accompany entry forms. No entries will be accepted by telephone/email. 8. Entries, less a £5 admin fee per class, will be refunded on receipt of a Vet/Doctor’s certificate, should a competitor wish to cancel. 9. Horses/ponies can be ridden only once in each class. 10. The decision of the judge is final in all matters, and the Committee reserves the right to cancel/add to/ amend classes, refuse entry or to ask any person to leave the ground. 11.No competitor shall ill-treat in any way a horse at the event.. 12.Objections must be made directly to the Event/Show Secretary in writing within 30 minutes of the relevant incident, and must be accompanied by a £20 deposit (returnable if objection is sustained). 13.Should the event be cancelled, entry fees will be returned, less £5 per class administrative costs. 14.To compete as a Junior you must not have reached the age of 18 before 1st January this year. 15.All Dressage tests are current tests. 16.Restriction for all dressage tests are that horses may hold no BD points. 17.Dogs, where permitted, must be kept on a lead at all times.
