Input the Selection number of what I/O Block assembly is to be installed in each bay.
Write the type of I/O Block to be installed in that bay (Ai8-R13, Ai32, or AiO8).

Select the proper I/O Block Address (refer to I/O wiring report, if configuration completed, for proper address assignment or use the
address range described above). Number sequentially for similar I/O Blocks. Each bay must have a unique I/O Block Address.


Denote the proper I/O Block Baud Rate. Choose either 9600 or 19200. The default setting of all I/O Blocks is 9600.
When sheet is completed send to SLC.
