Collaborative PhD Supervision arrangements
Before completing this form, please refer to the Approval Process guidance narrative (www.bris.ac.uk/academicquality/edpart/), particularly Annex 2 (Collaborative PhD Supervision). This form should be used for proposed cosupervision of a University of Bristol research student by an external supervisor and leading to a Bristol-only award. If
your proposal involves a joint/ dual doctoral award, please see the Policy on Joint or Dual Doctoral Awards
(www.bris.ac.uk/academic-quality/edpart/) and fill in the appropriate form. You do not need to complete this form if a
framework agreement is already in place with the proposed partner organisation (e.g. for a CDT/DTP).
