Cancellation of Course by CERES
CERES is committed to ensuring that all enrolling students/schools receive the training and
assessment services as agreed to in MOUs/Student Training Agreements.
Commencement of all courses is dependent on enrolment numbers. If a course does not attract
sufficient confirmed enrolments CERES may cancel the course providing students/schools with a
minimum of 3 working days notice. All fees paid will be paid in full.
If during the delivery of a course CERES needs to cancel the course for whatever reason CERES will
endeavour to identify in consultation and agreement with individual students/schools alternate
training options such as:
(a) inviting another Training Provider to finish delivering the course on-site in lieu of CERES, or
(b) transferring students to other suitable Training Providers.
In these circumstances CERES will ensure that students/schools will not be required to pay any
additional fees to those already agreed to and paid in advance to CERES.
*Individually enrolled student is a student who has not enrolled via a partnering school or
organisation program
