The Residential Design Awards Submission Process:
AIA Atlanta is utilizing an entirely digital submission process. This will cut down on paper and resource
waste. All Design submissions will be collected through DropBox.com
Here’s how it works:
1. On your submission request form, please include the name of the person in charge of uploading
all submission criteria to Dropbox as your company contact.
2. Once AIA Atlanta receives your submission request form, your company contact will receive an
invitation to a personalized DropBox folder for your firm. If you are submitting more than one
project, you will find individual Project Folders within your firm folder.
3. For example if ABC Architecture is submitting three projects, your company contact for ABC
Architecture will receive a DropBox invitation to the folder titled “ABC Architecture”. Within
this folder, will be the following folders - “Project1, Project2 and Project 3” - one folder for each
project submission.
4. Within each project folder, you will find sub-folders for each of the required parts of your Design
Award Submission: The digital project presentation (power Point or PDF); three projects photos
for use in promotional publications; project summary form; and a project identification sheet.
5. Upload all of the digital files according to the detailed requirements found on all Award
Submission Criteria and your submission will be complete!
