Supplemental Figure 1. (A, C, E) This 30-year-old woman underwent primary rhinoplasty in Brazil 2 years before presentation. Clinical analysis revealed overresection of the dorsum, requiring 3 layers of cartilage grafts from the septum and concha and a temporal fascia graft to conceal potential irregularities. In addition, spreader grafts and a columellar strut were placed. Bilateral alar base resections were performed, and a right alar rim graft was placed. (B, D, F) The patient 16 months after secondary rhinoplasty. Supplemental Figure 2. (A, C, E) This 26-year-old woman presented with an inverted V deformity and a droopy tip with excessive columellar show. Two years after her primary procedure, she underwent secondary septorhinoplasty by the open approach with spreader grafts and osteotomies. The nasal tip was elevated by means of a columellar strut and tip graft. (B, D, F) The patient 12 months postoperatively.
