Participants were divided into smaller groups and given specific disposition characteristics and situations to discuss. Overall reports of group conclusions were identified. Update was given on the teacher mentoring program with an end of the year (2009-2010) evaluation by mentees reviewed. Update on U-46 District by superintendent with plans through 2015. Deans of Colleges of Education were invited to meet with the superintendent to discuss needs, challenges and opportunities. Other participants divided into groups to discuss disposition of the student teacher and beginning teacher. The activity continued on connecting institutions' dispositions, values and beliefs. Next session was a focus on Accomplished Teacher with a U-46 panel discussing New NBCT's and NBPTS Principal Pilot. Questions were encouraged with each session and speaker. Agenda provided.
