Applicants may fill out the CV form available online or submit their own detailed CV. Research Interests. Please fill out the form, available online. Official Transcripts. One sealed, official transcript from all POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTIONS attended. Transcripts should be sent directly from the issuing institution to Nicole Dubé in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences. Photocopies and scanned copies are not acceptable. Note: University of Alberta graduates are not required to submit UAlberta transcripts. International Applicants must provide the following in order for their application to be assessed: Official mark sheet/ transcript, or attested true copy, in sealed and endorsed envelope sent directly from the issuing institution from all post-secondary institutions attended; and Certified true English translations of transcripts or mark sheets (if not originally in English); and Official, original or certified true copy of certificates of degree(s); and Certified true English translations of certificate of degree(s) (if not originally in English); and Official English language test score report (we cannot accept the online screen shot of your scores): TOEFL or IELTS.
