Can you do three things at once?

Can you talk the talk, listen and eat all that same time…. whilst remaining professional? Come and join us at our themed practical workshop, have lunch and test your networking skills through a role-playing task in an informal environment. This is an opportunity for you to practice your networking skills in readiness for engaging with business contacts in the future (as part of voluntary or paid work, mentoring schemes, careers events or even socialising).

Law and Professional Services Careers Fair

Whether you are currently studying Law or wish to discuss your prospects for entering the profession (see “Is Law the career for you?” on Tuesday 1-2) we strongly encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity to talk to a variety of employers from the legal sector. The exhibitors will include local, national and international law firms, barristers’ chambers, local government, law enforcement and commercial organisations with in-house legal teams.

There will also be a range of employers from the professional services sector represented, as well as the Careers Service and other University departments, providing you with expert advice about employment schemes, further qualifications, job vacancies and information from employers of what is required of an applicant.
