July 17 (Friday)........................................................Summer 2015 graduates: Last day to submit final
copies of the thesis or the dissertation with the School of Graduate Studies and Research for approval.

Questions regarding general formatting of theses/dissertations may be forwarded to
gradstudies@desu.edu for review. Outcomes reports must have been submitted by the noted deadline for
review and approval of all submissions
July 24 (Friday)......................................................Last Day of Class/Residence Halls Close Session II
July 24 (Friday)...............................................Summer 2015 graduates: Last day to submit thesis or
dissertation to the library for binding for summer graduation. No thesis/dissertation will be accepted for
binding without full approval of the Advisory Committee, College, and School of Graduate Studies and
Research.
July 28 (Tuesday) ..................................................Non-thesis outcomes reports due to the School of
Graduate Studies.
July 31 (Friday) .................................................................Graduate Orientation – All first time graduate
enrollees are required to participate in this activity. Details will be posted at the School of Graduate
