We have an exciting feature that was just launched today, and wanted to share the good news
with you.
What exactly is this new feature?
We call it
Marketplace, and you can now find it beneath the Accommodations tab in
the main navigation of Surge365.
Marketplace is a brand new platform for to rent and bid on vacation weeks for negotiable
rates.
How It Works
Step 1
When entering the Marketplace, you’ll find an array of vacation weeks available for rent. Each
one is marked with an “Asking Price”.
Step 2
When you find a rental, submit an offer of equal or lesser value than the price being asked.
Step 3
The owner of the listing with either Accept, Reject, or Counter your offer. This process will
continue until you or the lister Accepts or Rejects a bid.
Step 4
Once a bid is accepted, you will be contacted within 48 hours to review full Terms and
Conditions and to make a payment.
Step 5
Enjoy your new rental!
Marketplace FAQ's
What Is Marketplace?
Marketplace provides a private platform for members to rent and bid on vacation weeks for negotiable
rates. Marketplace allows you to list your vacation week for cashback ("Cash").
Is My Offer Automatically Accepted?
Once you submit your offer, the listing member will have the option to Accept, Counter, or Reject your
offer. You will receive an email regarding all actions related to your bid. You can view bid activity under
My Account Section.
What If My Bid Is Countered Or Rejected?
The listing member can counter your offer with a different rate. You can accept or reject this counter offer.
If your bid has been rejected, you can submit a new bid or bid on a new week.
What If My Bid Is Accepted?
Congratulations! You will receive an email with instructions on how to submit payment and complete your
reservation. Once your bid is accepted, you will be contacted within 48 hours to review full Terms and
Conditions and to make a payment.
Can I Cancel My Reservation After I Complete The Bidding Process?
You may not change or cancel your reservation after your bid is accepted.

What is Timeshare Exchange?
Timeshare Exchange is a way to deposit your timeshare interval and pull out a more appealing week at
no cost to you.
How many Exchange Credits do I get for my interval?
To check the amount of Exchange Credits your interval is worth, enter the city and the resort where your
unit is located. Then, choose the unit type, the week number, and the year of the interval that you want to
deposit. Click on Check Redemption Price, and the value of your interval will appear below in credit value.
When will the Exchange Credits post to my account?
Once you have filled out the form, we will inform the resort of your decision. When we get approval from
the resort that your interval is paid in full and that there are no holds on your account, we will post your
Exchange Credits to your account.
How far in advance do I need to deposit my timeshare interval?
Members need to deposit their interval at least sixty (60) days prior to their arrival date. Weeks will not be
accepted if they are not deposited at least sixty (60) days in advance.
What will happen, if my resort does not allow me to release my interval?
If your resort does not allow you to release your interval, the credits will not be posted to your account.
You will need to contact your resort for further information regarding your account.
What do I do if my City and/or Resort are not listed?
If you do not see the city and/or resort in the drop down menus, click on the "Click here to submit your
resort" under the search fields. Then, just write us a message letting us know which city and/or resort you
would like us to add. Please Note: This may take up to 48 hours.
Is there anything else that needs to be done once I submit this form?
Once you submit this form, a printable version of the form will appear on the following page. Read and
sign the form and then either email it to exchange@saveonresorts.com or fax it to (877) 737-1542.
What would I be able to use my Exchange Credits on?
You can redeem your credits for Weekly Inventory listed in the Timeshare Exchange. Please Note: These
are Exchange Credits; unlike Reward Credits, they are not valid on any purchases outside of the
Timeshare Exchange Section.
Can I redeem my Exchange Credits for RCI and/or II products and services, and vice versa?
No, Exchange Credits given through Timeshare Exchange are specific to Surge365. For example, points
gained through RCI and II cannot be used on the Timeshare Exchange weeks, and credits given through
Timeshare Exchange cannot be used to redeem RCI or II products and services. They have no
correlation, and are based on a completely different point value system.
If I have a floating week, how do I know which week to deposit?
For members with floating weeks, you must contact the resort prior to depositing your week into
Timeshare Exchange and choose a week that is fixed.
Are all intervals accepted through the Timeshare Exchange program?
Yes, all intervals are accepted through the Timeshare Exchange program; however, for some resorts,
additional terms and conditions may apply. For a full list of terms, click here.
Option 3: Time Share rental
Surge365 has partnered with TravelByOwnerRental.com to list your Vacation Home and/or
Timeshare for rent. Active members of Surge365 receive 15 free property listings per year. To create

V.O.I.C.E.sm is a product developed for Surge365 members and is the most dynamic exchange
product available to vacation interval owners. With V.O.I.C.E.sm, you can decide each year how you
want to use your interval - with much greater flexibility. V.O.I.C.E.sm allows you to deposit your interval for
travel credit ("Reward Credits") which can be redeemed for accommodations, cruises and other travel
components. Our system accepts all timeshare intervals.

15. Yes, there is a maximum of five weeks that can be deposited per account per calender year.
16. What will happen, if my resort does not allow me to release my interval?
17. If your resort does not allow you to release your interval, your credit card will not be charged the
$75 fee, and the credits will not be posted to your account. Contact your resort for further
information regarding your account.
18. What do I do if my City and/or Resort are not listed?
19. If you do not see the city and/or resort in the drop down menus, click on the Click Here link where
it states; "Don't see the resort you are looking for? Click here to tell us about it." Then, just write
us a message letting us know which city and/or resort you would like us to add.
