Devotional (Optional) Depart for Home Campers will have the opportunity to enjoy a 2 hour trail ride at Inlet Point Plantation. Inlet Point is situated in a breathtaking location that will ensure a trail ride that will not soon be forgotten. All horses at Inlet Point are highly intelligent and well behaved, ensuring a secure and memorable ride. In addition, qualified professionals will be on-hand to ensure that all needs will be met. The trail ride horseback ride Sound and onto ride along the will consist of a little over two hour through the plantation, cross over Dunn a private island beach where campers will strand. A trip to Wampee Stables will provide campers with great fun while riding and learning about horses! The trip will include riding in the ring and on trails, horse care and grooming, horse safety, tack and stable care, The program is designed for all skill levels from beginner, intermediate & advanced. Trail ride will last about 1 ½ hours in the countryside on a scenic trail. Trail rides include time in the ring to make adjustments and get to know your horse. All trail guides are experienced riders who love being on and around a horse. They ride the trails regularly and are familiar with each horse and its surroundings. Medieval Times Meal and Entertainment will offer campers an opportunity to see some of the most well trained horses perform. Campers will enjoy a show featuring epic battles of steel and steed. From ringside seats, enjoy the thrill of a live jousting tournament, marvel at awe-inspiring horsemanship. While also enjoying a four-course meal fit for royalty. The trip will include a backstage tour of the stables to meet the true “stars” of the show. IMPORTANT NOTES: Times of the events on the schedule may change as dictated by number of participants. In the event that trail rides are cancel due to inclement weather, a portion of the registration funds will be refunded to the camper. All required forms must be filled out with the appropriate signature in order for campers to participate. The forms include: o Camp Parent Permission Form o Medical Form (signed by a physician, PA or RN) o Release form for each of the Stables (signed by parent or guardian) o Appropriate dress is required. All riding is to be done in suitable leather boots or sturdy shoes that have a heel and a smooth sole. Hard soled leather shoes or boots will be required in the stable area and while riding at all times. Loafers, tennis shoes, duck boots, etc. will not be acceptable for riding.
