Health Centres with more than one staff member: all entries in the S8 & RS4 Drug Register have been signed by two staff Note: where there is no witness available to co-sign the S8 & RS4 Drug Register, a check of stock levels by two staff members is to be undertaken at the next available opportunity. Health Centres with only one staff member: where only one staff member is present, a check of stock levels by two staff members was undertaken at the next available opportunity. Note: this may be during the next available visiting service or managers visit. 3.
