on the existing RTC process, with enhancements added to address Academic Integrity violations.

“Lying/Cheating/Plagiarism.”
Note 2: Eligibility for extra-curricular activities is based on existing code of conduct. There are no changes
for Academic Integrity violations.
Note 3: Academic integrity issues may be assessed on the common application the junior and senior

Repeated Incidents in the Same Class:
Upon the Second Incident in the same class, the student is placed on academic probation for the
remainder of the semester in that class. At end of the semester Administration will determine:
1. If student will receive their current letter grade for that semester, or receive one letter grade less;
and
2. The status of student eligibility for AP track next semester.
Repeated Incidents in the Subsequent School Years:
Once a student accumulates one Academic Integrity incident in any school year, the student
automatically starts off at the 2nd Incident level in subsequent school years (i.e., no more 1st offenses are
allowed for Academic Integrity).
