 All Gaited Lite-shod classes are flat shod ¾ x 3/8
max
 All Other Gaited – Flat Shod ½ x 1 ½ max
 All Western Gaited classes ridden with 1 hand
unless riding a 4 & under Mule with a snaffle bit.
 No cavessons in gaited Western Pleasure/
Maximum bit length in any class 9 ½”
**NASMA RULES APPLY**
 Mules & Standard/Mammoth Donkey do not need
to be registered to show
** (Exception: Mule in Amateur classes) **
 Amateur exhibitors must present NASMA
Amateur card to enter Amateur classes.
 Junior Mules must present veterinarian mouthing
certificate or copy of registration papers.
 Youth – 18 yrs. & under as of 1/1/14.
 Negative Coggins & Valid Health Certificate
required for all entries.
 Class entry for Western/Draft Mules and
Standard/Mammoth Donkey Saturday SEPTEMBER 13TH - 7:00 AM
Pre-Entry submissions encouraged. Must be
mailed to KMDA, 1400 Ware Road, Waynesburg,
KY 40489 and received by September 9th.
 Entries can be made up to five classes in advance
providing the entry booth is still open.
 Entries for Saturday evening classes will be all day
Saturday.
 Entry booth will close promptly at 8:00 p.m. on
Saturday or 1 hour after gaited show starts (No
refunds).
Judges decisions are FINAL!
 NASMA Classes 1-71 - Entry Fee: $15 per class
o $3 NASMA fee per Mule/Donkey not to
exceed $15.00 per owner (1 time fee)
o Premium with 6 or more entries
$25/award, $15, $10, ribbon, ribbon,
ribbon
 KY State Classes 73-93 - Entry Fee: $25 per class
o $2 NASMA Fee per Mule not to exceed
$15.00 per owner (1 time fee)
o Premium with 6 or more entries:
$40/award, $30, $20, $10, ribbon, ribbon
 KY State Championship Classes 94-98 - Entry Fee:
$30 per class
o $2 NASMA Fee per Mule not to exceed
$15.00 per owner (1 time fee)
o Premium $200 per class, Payback $80,
$60, $40, $20, Ribbon, ribbon
 All classes with less than 6 entries, premiums will
begin at 2nd place Level
**All PAY vouchers need to be endorsed within
30 days of show**
 Stalls:
1 night - $25.00/bedding not included
2 nights - $40.00/bedding not included
3 nights - $55.00/bedding not included
Bedding: $6.00 per bag from KMDA
