Of the 70 points on the application you will notice that the point value assigned to the different parts of the application are listed. Five points are awarded at the discretion of the nominating committee based on their opinion of the overall application. To be a qualified candidate for North Coast Region Office you must earn a minimum score of 70 points. No Candidate who earns less then 70 points will be slated on the ballot.
