Terms of Sale: Deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve a puppy. Deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining balance must be paid by the time the puppy reaches 5 weeks of age.
Our puppies available for sale fall into two categories.
1.
Companion Puppies:
These puppies are beautiful and healthy, that are to be family companions, under a spay/neuter
contract.
o They are good quality and are perfect for those that want a family companion.
o We stand behind every puppy with a written contract that covers genetic health and
temperament issues.
o Puppies sold as companions are required to be sterilized and cannot ever be bred.
o Client has the option whether to crop or not with companion pups. Price remains the same
either way.

Are to be spayed/neutered at buyers expense by 18 months of age, with proof sent to
Rarely Seen Kennels at that time.
The cost of our companion puppies is $2,000. $500 deposit.
Show Prospect Puppies:
On occasion we are willing to part with a show prospect.
o All show prospects are sold with a co-own contract; and signed over to buyer after the dog
is health tested, with qualifying results at 24 months of age.
o We stand behind every puppy with a written contract that covers genetic health and
temperament issues.
o To maintain correct breed type, all show prospects are required to have their ears cropped
unless client lives in a country in which it’s forbidden.
o Show/Breed prospects are NOT to be bred before a second heat, OR 18 months if the
second heat comes any earlier.
o Cost of a show/breed prospect is $2,500. $500 deposit.
1. All Rarely Seen Kennels Cane Corsos are registered with the A.K.C. & I.C.C.F., and will carry
the R.S.K. name on the registration papers.
2. Seller does hereby guarantee the above-described dog under the following conditions and
warranties, and no other condition and warranties are expressed or implied. The guarantee
applies to original purchaser from Rarely Seen Kennels only, and if dog has not been mated,
bred, or whelped a litter of puppies.
3. Seller guarantees the dog described above to be a purebred. Seller guarantees to deliver to
buyer a registration application as soon as possible.
4. Seller guarantees above dog against all severe genetic/hereditary diseases which include but
are not limited to crippling hip dysplasia; crippling elbow dysplasia; deafness; blindness; failure
of heart, kidneys, liver and generalized demodicosis for a period of 24 months. All medical
expenses to determine the conditions are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. If the above-mentioned dog is found to have a severe genetic/hereditary condition, a
replacement puppy of equal value will be given from the seller to the buyer. A $200.00 fee will
be paid to the seller to cover supplements, worming, and vaccinations. Also, the shipping cost
to get the replacement puppy to the buyer, is the burden of the buyer.
6. If a dog is returned to Rarely Seen Kennels for any reason, shipping cost to return said dog is
the burden of the buyer.
7. If buyer or seller takes legal action, litigation must be filed in the county in which the seller
resides.
8. The following expenses will be the burden of the buyer:

Rarely Seen Kennels will provide ear cropping for a fee of $300, upon buyers request.
The Cost of our puppies DOES includes:
Tails docked, dewclaws removed, first Vaccinations, worming, 24 month health and temperament guarantee,
temperament testing and Tech support for life. All puppies are AKC/ICCF registered.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of the puppy. Deposits are
only transferable to another litter if the sex, or category of puppy requested is not available in current litter. As
deposits are received, they are dated and placed in the file in chronological order. This is the order in which
requests are fulfilled when the time comes to choose a puppy.
We do not breed for color! We focus on proper type, structure, health and temperament. Color is strictly
cosmetic. We do produce all the colors, but we will NOT guarantee anyone that a certain color will be available.
Choices for a companion puppy should be based strictly on whether that puppy will be a good fit for that home.
As you can see, our Sales policy and Requirements for Buyers are quite strict. But please understand that drawing
these hard lines not only protects the breed, but potential buyers that may not be qualified to own a Cane Corso.
**** BUYER BEWARE: ANY PUPPY/DOG sold by Rarely Seen Kennels will be
repossessed into Rarely Seen Kennels possession for any of the following:

DOG FIGHTING
CROSS-BREEDING
UNHEALTHY LIVING CONDITIONS
ANY OTHER ILLEGAL ACTS
NEGLECT OR ABUSE OF ANY KIND
IF BRED BEFORE 18 MONTHS OF AGE ON ANY SHOW/BREED CONTRACTS
IF NO PROOF OF SPAY OR NEUTER CAN BE DETERMINED
Rarely Seen Kennels obtains the right to check on any puppies living
conditions at random times throughout the life of the puppy.
If for any reason you can no longer care for your Corso properly, it is the
buyers’ responsibility to contact Rarely Seen Kennels first, in order for us to
re-home this puppy as we see fit.
