Preschool registration for the 2016-2017 school year will begin January 18th, 2016.
Preschool Registration fee is $75.00/child
Sign up for preschool by April 1st – registration fee is $50.00
*If you refer a “new” child and they attend our preschool program you will receive $25.00 back in tuition in October.

Guarantee of Hours and Rate Policies:
 Infants must pay full time. (40 hour minimum)
 All children 2-5 must pay a minimum of 20 hours per week.
 If your child attends preschool at a different site, we cannot accommodate wrap around care.
 School age children must pay a minimum of $25.00 per week from January 4th 2016 – the last day of school, and again first day of school – December 31st,
2016. School age children must pay a minimum of 20 hours per week from first day of summer vacation until the last day of summer vacation.
 Before/After school bussing: Young-uns offers free bussing for before and after care. Our busses are on a time schedule. If you fail to inform us that your
child will not be attending and he/she is scheduled for the day, we will contact you – however there will be a $5.00 fee per child added to your invoice. If this
occurs 3 or more times, your child will no longer be allowed bussing services with Young-uns.
 Guarantee of Hours: Unless your hours are always the same, you must turn in your guarantee of hours’ sheet by noon on TUESDAY for the following week. If
hours are not guaranteed by 12:00, there will be a $5.00 service fee added to your invoice. Payments are due on the first day of childcare for the week. If
your amount of care exceeds your guarantee of hours, an additional part-time rate is applied to your invoice.
 Free preschool will only be honored if the Legislative grant is passed for 2016-2017.
 Part time rate (PTR) policy: The part-time rate (PTR) applies when you exceed your guarantee of hours, you guarantee between 20 and 30 hours per week,
or attend hours outside your scheduled hours. The computer will automatically charge you the PTR.
 Discounts: Young-uns offers a 5% discount per child when more than one child attends at least 30 hours/week.
 Fees: There will be a one-time family summer fee of $10.00 added to your invoice in May or June for Sunscreen.
 Drop-in rate policy: The drop-in rate applies for a non-contracted child or when you come on an irregular basis. (Ex.) non school days for children who do
not meet the minimum weekly hours. This schedule is based on availability and must be pre-approved by Director.
Tuition:
 All Tuition is due on the first day of childcare for the week.
 If you are not signed up to have your tuition automatically deducted with tuition express, you MUST have your full payment made by 10:00 A.M. on
Mondays. If your full payment is not made, your account will be automatically assessed a $5.00 late fee for every day your payment is not made.
 There will a $30.00 charge on any returned checks.
 If childcare payment is not paid in full after 2 weeks your child(ren) will not be allowed to attend Young-uns until full payment is made.
 In order to return to Young-uns, you will be required to sign up for Tuition Express (automatic payment plan).
 While dismissed from childcare, minimum charges apply.
Registration:
 All families beginning after January 1, 2012 will be required to be on Tuition Express for an automatic payment plan.
 Upon registration, a one-time non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per family is required to guarantee your spot at Young-uns Child Care Center. When a
two-week notice is given, the deposit will go toward your final payment(s) in childcare. No cash refunds will be given.
Hours of Operation:
 Monday-Friday 6:30 A.M.-6:00 P.M.
 If you attend after these hours you will be charged an additional $1.00 per minute per child.
 If you attend before 6:30 A.M. you will be charged the part time rate per minute.
