GENERAL INFORMATION:
The Aqua Resort is located beachfront on the shores of Geographe Bay approximately 10 minutes drive south of the Busselton Town
Centre and 15 minutes drive from Dunsborough. The resort offers facilities including a 25 metre solar heated beach front pool, heated
spa, day/night tennis court, sauna & gymnasium, and is within walking distance to shops, local supermarket, and cafes.
Please be assured that the Aqua Resort will provide qualified security personal and additional staffing during leaver period to ensure
the safety of all leavers staying on the property. We aim to provide a safe and friendly environment for school leavers to celebrate
and we have incorporated strict regulations to ensure this. Please CAREFULLY read through all of the information before placing your
booking. This is a 5 page document.

As Beach Houses are fully self-contained they are not serviced.

King beds represent bedding for 2 people

Linen and bath towels are supplied. Pool towels are NOT supplies
SECURITY LEVY:
A levy of $100 per Leaver is to be paid in cash on arrival to cover the cost of Night Security patrols, property security
wristbands, plus 2 Social BBQ’s on the Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:

School Leaver bookings can only be made by a designated Parent or Legal Guardian.

Bookings can be made by telephone or email.

A $2000 deposit is payable at the time of placing the booking.

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. We strongly advise that you take the time to place
your booking carefully.

The ACCOMMODATION BALANCE is payable by Monday 19th September. If payment is not received by the due date
your booking will be cancelled and the DEPOSIT FORFEITED.

Any bookings made after the 19th September must be paid in full and WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.

GROUP PAYMENTS ONLY will be accepted. Separate payments per person are not accepted.

ANY ALTERATIONS to your booking will incur a $20 FEE per alteration. No alterations will be accepted after Monday
17th October under any circumstances. .

BOND is payable by Monday 17th October.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
The Aqua Resort aims to provide a safe and secure environment for leavers to celebrate. The following regulations have been
carefully set and must be adhered to:

Due to our “Duty of Care” responsibilities and the Liquor Licensing Laws, the Aqua Resort will be strictly deemed an
“ALCHOL FREE ZONE” for the duration of the leaver period. Consumption or possession of alcohol is not permitted on
the resort property REGARDLESS OF THE SCHOOL LEAVERS AGE.

Anyone found supplying alcohol to minors will be reported to police. Secondary supply of alcohol by parents is illegal.

We reserve the right to randomly search all vehicles, luggage and houses. Alcohol will be confiscated and destroyed.
Groups found with alcohol will be evicted with no monies refunded.

Resort wristbands are to be worn for the duration of your stay. Lost wristbands will incur a replacement charge of
$100. Damaged wristbands will be replaced if returned.

Only those school leavers with our wristbands will be allowed on the property. No outside visitors, including parents,
are permitted on the resort day or night. Visit your friends away from the property. If unregistered guests are found to
have stayed in your house overnight the entire group will be evicted. NO MONIES RETURNED.

Resort car stickers are to be placed on the windscreen of each vehicle registered at the property for the duration of
your stay. No sticker – no entry.

No partying in houses. Only guests registered to the house will be allowed in the house. No visitors from other houses
are to enter. Gatherings by the pool and beach front grassed area will be encouraged.

Excessive noise and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.

Quiet time is 10.00pm onwards. All leavers are required to return to the resort and their houses by approximately 1am.

All houses are to be left in the same condition as they were presented to you on arrival. Any damages, losses or
additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the bond.

School Leavers are responsible for all valuables inside the house.

If you are departing the property before your due departure date, you must come to reception to sign out.

For emergencies, contact any staff member day or night. Emergencies numbers are to be found in your guest directory
and on the reception door.

Be considerate and respectful of other guests and the neighbouring community at all times.

Look out for your mates. Keep safe.

NOMINATED PARENT ORGANISER:
The Aqua Resort requires that 1 parent organiser be nominated to be responsible for placing the booking and ensuring all
relevant payments and paperwork are forwarded by due dates. This parent will be fully responsible for communicating
information to all school leavers and parents within their group.
PAYMENTS:

$2000 deposit is required at the time of placing your booking

Accommodation Balance is to be paid no later than Monday 19th September

Note there are strictly no refunds for either individuals or group cancellations after this date.

Bond is to be paid no later than Monday 17th October
SIGNED REGULATION FORMS:
The nominated parent organiser must ensure that each school leaver and parents within their group has read and signed the
rules & regulations form. All parent signatures will be checked upon receipt of the signed regulations form. Any signature found
to be forged will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking and all monies will be forfeited.
SCHOOL LEAVER I.D. & PHOTO:
The nominated parent must ensure that each school leaver within their group has proof of their school leaver status or proof of
age along with photo I.D. This can be in the form of any 1 of the following:

A dated letter on School Letter Head or School report with a passport photo attached.

A copy of a birth certificate with a passport photo attached.

A copy of a passport clearly showing date of birth and photo.

A copy of a driver’s licence clearly showing date of birth and photo.

A copy of a school I.D. card if it includes a photo and current year.
All original signed Rules & Regulations forms plus Leaver I.D.’s and photos are to be posted in 1 group envelope to Aqua
Resort by Monday 19th September.
ALTERATIONS:
Any alterations to a booking can only be made by the nominated parent organiser and must be in writing or by email. Any
alterations will incur a $20 fee. No alterations will be accepted after Monday 17th October.
MEDICAL:
The nominated parent organiser must notify us of any health or medical conditions that we need to be aware of for any school
leaver within their group.
BOND:
Any damages or losses will be deducted from the bond. Any disputes of damages or losses can be made in writing or by email
by the organising parent. Bond money will be refunded by direct bank transfer within 2 weeks of departure. Please ensure you
have issued us with your bank account details for your refund.
ARRIVAL TIMESLOT:
For ease at check-in, each group will be given a strict arrival timeslot. All group members are to arrive together unless prearranged.
DEPARTURE DAY:
All houses are to be left in the same condition to which they were presented and must be vacated prior to 9.00am
The nominated parent should ensure that every member of your group is trustworthy as any breach of the regulations will
result in eviction of the entire group and all monies forfeited. If parents have any concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The safety of each school leaver staying on our property is of our highest consideration.
